We have been hard at work overhauling the Kegel Trainer app so we could improve your experience so you continue progressing and exercising regularly! As a result, we have added a few new features and some overall improvements that we hope will make the app even more useful!
New Features:
We have added the ability for you to start competing with other users from around the world, so you have another reason to continue completing your exercises every day!
- You can now create a profile and earn points for each of your workouts
- Your points now give you a global app rank which you can see on the leaderboard, alongside other users
Furthermore, your profile now enables you to see more detailed workout statistics, so you can see some more interesting data about your app use!
We have more to follow, including challenges, weekly/monthly competitions, badges and much more so that you continue to stay on track and exercising!

Very helpful
The app is really easy to use and I would definitely recommend this app to others. The only thing I don’t like about the app is right after each workout it shows you an ad. It’s not that big of a deal though because the ads are only 4 seconds long and you can skip them easily. It’s not like those really annoying ones.

Perfect Tool
After prostate surgery I need to do 4 sessions a day, watching a clock or counting was a pain. I was thinking someone should make an app where you can make timer controls for reps, time, and gaps. Out of curiosity I search and found this perfect tool. Considering I’ll need to do the exercises for a long time or for life, at least I’ve found a means of making the routine more manageable. KUDOS to the developers! But Stopped working with IOS 13 on iPhone?! Hope they can and will fix that soon as now stuck watching a clock etc. When I start the timer it goes off screen vs run. I tried rebooting phone twice but no luck so it must be a conflict with the latest IOS. I’m assuming developer vs Apple will need to fix it?And hopefully ASAP!

No longer works after recent iOS updates
When I first downloaded this app, shortly after my prostate cancer surgery in January 2020, it worked quite well. After 6 months or so, I stopped using it, as I had built up my pelvic floor muscles quite well. Some months later, I tried to use the app again, but it was not fully functional. The workout tracker feature no longer worked correctly, and my workout history was gone. Now when I use it, there’s a green ‘points earned’ box that pops over and over, preventing me from doing anything with the app. I assume that the app became broken as a result of iOS updates. It’s too bad, because this was a good app at one time.

Profile page bug!!
Hi I’m trying to get started with the app and the profile tab has a repetitive problem of a box popping up says I have earned points (green) and it’s flashing up and down and can’t get past it
I gave 4 stars because I can’t see the content yet but it wouldn’t be fair to give a low rating. I’m sure it’ll be great once I can get past that box

Privacy
The app works well and is easy to use. It was the only one I found with fully customizable exercises.
I would have rated it with 5 stars if I were able to track my usage without logging into an account. I'm not really intrested in other peoples Kegel exercises nor in sharing mine with them. What makes it worse is that I have to log in *EVERYTIME* I open the app. 👎🏼

Was loving it
App work(ed) great...unlocked and completed all all workouts, awesome. However out of the last 10 workouts the app completely shuts down and not counted towards your daily streak. Frustrating

App for Apple Watch
I just downloaded this app. Seems great so far. Would be awesome if it could be used with Apple Watch. I hate pulling my phone out during a reminder, if in a meeting, for instance. Otherwise, great to make sure staying on target.

Needs an update for latest IOS
The app was very helpful for my husbands needs but stoped working when he updated his iPhone to IOS 13.1.2. So I have not updated my IOS yet.
