What is the Ketogenic Diet?

Ketogenic diet is high in fat, adequate in protein and low in carbohydrates. Generally, the macronutrient ratio varies within the following ranges:
60-75% of calories from fat (or even more),
15-30% of calories from protein, and

I’m still trying to understand the Keto diet. I really appreciate the Free no strings Calculator. I love that it offers you different calorie options and lots of information that I need. Keep up the great work.

Not enough time to assess
Your reminder pop ups come way to frequently so I completed a rating just to stop the pop ups. I will rate your product later when I have had a chance to actually use it.

Seems great so far.
Seems great so far. And I like the free ebooks. But the Maintenance section showing Macros intake requirements is very pale and hard to see. I don’t understand why. But it needs to be changed please.

Installed and uninstalled
Installed it and try to set up the age and birthday and uninstalled it for the simple fact that it would register every month except May... LOL. Can’t work with an application that won’t even let me set it up correctly. Guess the app hates the month of May cause it just keep scrolling to June or back to April.

I thought this app would TRACK the food … but Nope! It forces you to download their other app that you have to PAY to use it! So it’s false advertisement as “Free”.
