Doesn’t work
This app has so much potential and could be one of the most downloaded for parents. However the educational video was lacking and kind of boring for kids. Then when you attempt to actually use the practice call feature it crashes every time. My child ended up getting frustrated and didn’t want to practice. I have hopes for this app, but as of now it doesn’t get the job done.

Keeps crashing.
When we try to do a practice call the app crashes. This is more than frustrating. Also, I feel like the educational material was a missed opportunity. This concept is great and has so much potential but is worthless if the app continuously crashes, and is lacking if the content is done in a hurry. Maybe look for financial backing to get this app up to date, more user friendly, and more robust in its content.

Hard to use
The "practuce" tab is initially greyed out. There is no indication of how to make this app actually do what it claims to do. The secret turns out to be to watch their video. I still haven't figured out how or why to enter my child's information.

Once you’ve figured out how to make it work, it crashes so you never get far into the process.
It also does not really teach you to practice how to make emergency calls from various smart phones which would be useful.

Great for practice
This app was very helpful in teaching my child to call 911. It helped us identify skills we needed to work on.
