I don’t have anything like hate to this game. I think it’s good because you can learn of what happens in the surgerys but you have to pay for having the tools for every time you play.

And 4 stars because you have to pay and any parent would pay that.

And I passed a level and I couldn’t play because... I don’t know

When I first got the game I only had to go through like three levels then I had to pay for the rest. Of course I didn’t pay for the rest, but I was pretty disappointed. It said for the Grinch and gingerbread lady there for the grinch it would be four hours until I could get him for free. And for the gingerbread lady it would only be 24 hours! I think in my opinion that’s ridiculous, because when people first skate games they’re expecting something good, but this game didn’t have the good thing for it so that’s why I gave it 2 Star review. If you want to get this game you should probably have a lot of money in your account thingy, so you can get the game, and by that I mean like,all the levels,all the players,and all of the tools. I played the first 3 parts but I have to watch adds to get tool and have to pay for other levels?! Your game is lucky because you have some people that I can’t believe would pay for that I mean I would maybe but think people your buying levels off a game that’s just for fun when you could be doing something better cause some people regret paying since when they played they think it’s boring I mean I bet it is awesome in ways but also think other people might not like it.

I just want to play but then I get an add right once I get in the game. Then I start playing and you can use only two tools. Then it says you have to pay. Why can't we just play the game a little without something asking for money?! Then, you can't even get a different character to do surgery without paying! It doesn't even help you understand surgery! And of course that's because everything costs! Someone needs to fix this, and until someone does, no one should get this bad app!

Your telling me your doing it on Santa it is bad because its kinda like hurting Santa he would not like this game be careful that on Christmas Eve on night time when he gives u coal for getting the game and delete the app on your iPad so be a good person not to get this gam I mean' (whispers) it is helping Santa tho. (Yells STILL DONT GET IT ITS AWFUL ITS SCARY ITS ALSO VERY HURTFUL TO SANTA! So be nice a and don't get it well I guess it's fun a little because I'm trying to get experience to be a doctor. When I grow up :) still very bad tho.

I got the game I tryed playing I used 3 tools and then I had to buy the rest almost buyed it then I’m like no let me see if I can watch a ad and I saw that I could so I taped on watch ad but then something popped up and it said the ad is unable that’s what it said so then I tryed to play and each time I tryed it wouldn’t let me use the tools so I’m like that’s it I’m deleting the app so I did! DO NOT GET THE GAME!

Why do we have to money to play the game if we want the game experience then the game should already have the tools that we need

I was playing the game and I got to use two tools and it said get free so I clicked on it and I couldn’t go any farther because It costs money and my parents don’t buy me apps so you should really let people actually play the game and not only just do two things then you have to buy all the rest

Listen it’s a good game but you need to keep paying for tools I’ve only used TWO tools and can’t get past the level cause ads come up to PAY for more tools and stuff, which I DO WANT BUT CANT GET! So try to fix this and let kids lean and play instead of asking parents for money!!!
