The communication functionalities are essentially based on textual exchanges between the staff of the childcare facilities and the parents. Each speaker can sometimes show the importance of his message and attract the attention of others by activating the acknowledgment of receipt on his message. On the other hand, Kidzoolink offers the possibility of visual communication through facial recognition technology. The application is used to send, automatically and securely, personalized photos to parents, to inform them of the course of the day of their children in childcare facilities, at different times of the day. The photos are taken by the mistresses during the various activities. Then the facial recognition technology automatically identifies the children in the photos taken. As soon as a child is tagged in a photo, the photo in question is automatically sent to their parent.
The management system integrated in our solution makes it possible to automate administrative processes and better management at the level of HR and financial services. It also allows parents to be sent notifications of general information, concerning the payment of tuition fees, the calendar of events and activities, an event or an announcement made by the administration of the structure.
