1. For pre-scheduled appointments, patient will receive reminders to complete the default survey prior 48 and 12 hours of an appointment.
2. For pre-scheduled appointments, patient has to complete the default survey twice called as "On Site" survey
3. If the clinics have thermal device scanners installed, then the patients will be notified on their client app as soon as the thermal sensor scans the body temperature. Now, the patient doesn't have to do anything after scanning the body temperature.
4. For pre-scheduled appointments, survey can be completed from both the appointments profile and survey listing.
