Really buggy and hard to use
This app is one of the worst iPhone apps I’ve encountered in a very long time. Half of the functionality doesn’t seem to work, and if by some odd luck it does once, it won’t work the next time you try it. Creating an account and storing it seems virtually impossible and all your data resets after a few months of not using the app….. better off just buying tickets directly at the theater

Deletes your account after some time
After a little while it suddenly deletes your account and you have to create a new one losing your history. Also as the app is confusing to navigate on an iPhone, easy to make a mistake in the purchase of a seat, then no way to go back so you have to restart the process, but your seat stays “taken” for almost an hour so you can’t get it back unless you are very patient and lucky on the second attempt.

Problems with the app
I was able to use the app only one time to purchase movie tickets. When I tried to look at it again later in the day, it would freeze and never load the home page. I deleted and re-downloaded the app again but it still had no functions and did not load anything. Website works much better than the app.

Annoying and xenophobic
Buggy app. Suddenly switched to Dutch and there is no clear way to switch back to French, which is pathetic. By the way, it was in French, so it should never have switched to Dutch

Old account deleted and Lux missing
My existing account is not recognized anymore and the whole movie theatres in Luxembourg are missing + the English language support ...

A very bad app. Simply awful.
Doesn’t function. Poorly organized. No common sense employed. Purchased tickets are not saved. This app has no reason to exist.
