Case Managers, Nurses, and Geriatric Care Managers can view the clients, diagnosis, care plan, scheduled shifts and assigned caregivers. Make notes available in the full online system immediately. Assign ToDo's for office staff, scheduling or billing.
Address, Phone numbers, email, and URL's are all fully integrated to the iPhone application proving seamless calling, website look-up, driving directions, and email communication.

Great concept but needs more work. Periodically causes my iPhone to crash to the Apple screen, forcing me to do a hard restart and losing info. Frustrating

Love this App makes Oncall not so bad
Great having the client & caregiver information at my finger tips anywhere. Has lots of functions, if you don't have the current OS it want run. Which is probably the issue with the other person review.
Well worth the price. This app has come a long way. I don't usually write reviews but couldn't resist.

I can get to all my referrals, caregivers, clients and company alerts in one place. And the link to Google Maps when I need a an address is my favorite. New feature lets me find clients, or referrals that are nearby.
