Not good at all customers service bad too
You pay all this money to get bad service and no phone number for the computer to contact them. The scan for the blocks do not work and there is no sound for the blocks or videos. I check the sound button several times still no sound. I contacted them via email only for them to give me directions like I was slow and couldn’t operate the sound button. They need to make corrections to this app and fixed the bugs in the app. Stop taking people money for an app that doesn’t work. The is false advertisement and needs to be reported. Fix this mess and give the customer what they paid. Which is what you’re advertising the product should product. This is very disappointing. Place a contact number on your product and website, only companies that do bad business and practice bad business ethics do thing of this nature so customer can no talk to about issues you know you had with the product when you placed it on the market.
