Kite Flight - Inmate Postcards Hack 3.32 + Redeem Codes

I am getting an error and have purchased 20 kites but can’t send them because the app keeps giving me an error code. There is no one to tell. No help. No contact us. Nothing
Can someone reach out to me please?
If you aren’t following thru that’s really terrible. These are inmates and I was counting on you
Please reply. I’m concerned because there is no support contact for your company.

I don’t use this particular app as often as I use Flikshop due to all the errors and delays. I purchased 20 kites. As the review below mentioned there are different formats, which is great. Unfortunately there seems to always be an issue/error with no type of solution or number to call for assistance. It’s very frustrating... as well as very unfortunate being my husband has said the quality is a lot better than other apps. Bottom line I would not recommend this app at all... save your money! There’s obviously no customer support so that also means no option for refund!!!

Update - since this post I was able to send 1 kite then the remaining credits were gone! I had 11 credits remaining and now I have -1!!! Horrible service!!

Thank you so much Kite Flight for keeping me connected with my father who is currently incarcerated . I had an opportunity to send him postcards from my first prom, graduation, and moving into my college dorm. This has been a huge part of my life. I love the fact that Kite Flight offers more then one template (unlike the other apps) to chose from. Kite flight is changing the way you communicate with family and friends behind those walls!

So now I have to call and dispute a charge I’ve purchased 20 credits and instead of the app using the one so already brought they recharged my card again . This is crazy this app has too many errors and bugs and it’s really sad

There is no customer support for this app. There is no way to cancel the order is a mistake is found. No 800 number to call and speak to anyone. No email address to reach out to someone. Basically download and use at your own risk. Hoping the pictures get rerouted to me or I am refunded my money.

He hasn’t gotten any of them even after I got an email that they had been delivered about 2 weeks ago... all his info is right so I’m kinda upset that I’ve paid for them n they’re just not getting to him
