This app needs a serious overhaul. Looks and feels outdated and buggy. It doesn’t seem like its being updated either..

Over charge.
I made an account with kiwidisk and paid for the membership that was $19. After using the app on mobile and on desktop I did not like the format. So I cancelled my membership and deleted my account. However I am still being charged and I do not understand why. Whenever I try to log back in to talk with the call center it says that I can not log back in.

Pretty good!
I like it. But one thing is that I have iPhone X and this app does not support stretch to fit full screen. I see black bars left and right of the videos. Hopefully that can be supported soon. Besides, I love the fact that I can watch latest Korean TV shows on the go.

Can’t download
Every time I try to download, the app keeps shutting down.
But when I reinstall the app, it works again.

App may need a casting feature (chromecast..)
If the app is upgraded to have a casting feature so I can watch them through the bigger screen than my iPhone screen, that would be awesome.

I have the Max XS. I don’t have the extend screen issue like some others. The app has a few bugs to fix. It keeps kicking me off while the episode is uploading. Other than that, overall not bad.

Nowadays doesn’t work during peak hours
The app stalls and doesn’t play during peak hours at night and on the weekends. Pay so much money that doesn’t work well.
