Unusable for iPad with current version
Aside from the constant crashing and long load times on the home screen, there are other improvements that I think would make this so much more usable and helpful for boards prep. To begin, having the material available offline or available for download to the local device would make this a true “on the go” solution as I don’t always have access to WiFi when I want to get in a study session and the app is completely useless without it. Secondly, the flash card system and after video quiz could be more streamlined, there’s a lot of clicks involved to move to the next card or screen and your progress doesn’t get saved after the video quiz. There’s also a bug on the iPad where once you finish a set of flash cards, no matter what option you choose (restart or go back to video library) you end up restarting the deck no matter what.

Crashes
You may not want to watch any of the videos on the app through your phone. The app seems to crash after a certain amount of time. It also likes to crash when it’s “syncing”, and when it’s loading the flash cards. Also, I noticed that when taking the precise questions, sometimes it will record your answer as incorrect even when it is correct, so when looking at your scores, it doesn’t depict it correctly.
Don’t get me wrong this app does come in handy when you’re on the go. It’s just it doesn’t work properly all the time.

Not iPad friendly
This app needs an update or else it’s unusable to study for boards in my opinion. For someone who uses an iPad most to study and does not carry a laptop, I don’t even know how I’m going to study for boards unless I start carrying my laptop to watch the videos, iPad to take my notes on, and my huge kmk book. If you want to go to school to study it’s not an option to bring this much material on top of your class material. One of the biggest flaws is not letting apps have side by side. The video instructors say to draw along with the videos, but the app does not allow notability open at the same time. This makes me use the website along with it instead of this app they are so proud of. The website always has this mobile view look to it which is not mobile view, it’s just how kmk looks. I have a lot of trouble with the controls on the iPad using the website. I’m upset this cost so much money and this is the result.

Good, but browser version is still superior
The app has decent functionality, but it unfortunately has some glitches/bugs such as the rotation of the iPad not being followed by rotation of the app, and the MOST inconvenient aspect is in the Signature module.
For some reason, the Signature section of KMK in the iPad displays the schedule for the SAME DAY repeated SEVERAL times, which was very confusing for me the first time I looked at it. When I took a look at the browser version, the schedule was a lot more clean and simple, so the browser is currently the go-to, even if you have an iPad.

Landscape view
It’s nice to have it in the layout of the website however I am using my iPad and it will not turn sideways for me. I always use a keyboard with it so it is becoming difficult to use my iPad with this app. It would be great if you could fix this ASAP as many people are using this device as we are starting to study for boards.
Additionally, the sign in is taking a long time at the beginning and even on the website it won’t let me sign in. Takes many tries, I am not sure what is going on but we would all appreciate it if it could be fixed ASAP.

Audio not working
I watched a few videos and it was fine but suddenly my audio stopped working. I’ve deleted the app and redownloaded, logged in again, but it hasn’t been working. Honestly, the app is the main way I watch the videos and this problem has added to the reason I’m falling behind in my study schedule. It’s very frustrating and I don’t know what else to try in order to fix it.

App improvement suggestions
When I switch apps the login token is invalidated which causes the app to reload (taking 3-5 minutes). I think the token should last forever like other apps (Instagram, etc) as this is my phone and that's not likely changing. I also think it's ridiculous that the app should have to load everything on app start. I would suggest caching the videos on the phone hard drive and allowing the users to refresh if needed. If this is impossible the videos should be loaded after entering the videos section so I can at least access the flashcards quickly.

App is intuitive to use, but I like to listen to lectures when I run, sometimes I have to switch between apps but this often causes the login token to be invalidated, which means I end up needing another 3-5 mins just to re-login.

App that’ll actually set you BACK
Thought I would be more efficient and productive with the app, but in reality it is actually a hinderance to my studies! Constantly having bugs ie. video will never pause and STAY paused so you’re constantly rewinding, login on the app takes ages, NO explanations shown etc. Don’t bother with the app and just stick to the web browser on your laptop/PC to save yourself the headache and sanity.

Crashes when I need it most
I want to be able to listen to the videos whenever I am on long car rides, however every time I try to play them in the car the app constantly crashes. It is so frustrating and leaves me feeling like I’ve wasted entire days of pressure study time. I wish it actually worked when you’re on the go.
