KODAK VERITE Print&Scan Hack 1.19.04 + Redeem Codes

Print and scan work good, using my iPhone as hot spot, printing from iPad ok, will not see printer on iPhone as hot spot. Some colors come out distorted- too much red or too much blue. Printing photo mode HQ intensifies some colors - such as pastel pink turns to luminescent pink. Sort of like Fuji Color film vs Kodak? I can use external photo editor to tweak some colors but would be better to have that inside the app preferably to save presets. The printer also works via Apple AirPrint but you cannot set the size or format that way as you can in the app - however AirPrint is the only way to print text or PDF. They could enable this possibility as a share feature "open in". So although it's a good app I'd like to see improvements. Since this is a new line of printer there's time. Moving towards using mobile devices for more and more but printer still need computer as often as not. Still it's pretty handy.

When we first purchased this printer, and downloaded this app over a year ago, everything worked great. However since then my iPhone has been updated several times and apparently this KODAK app has not been updated. While I can still print by airplay, whenever I try to open the app so that I can see How much ink is left, or clean the printheads, or adjust the cartridges when I replace a new printer cartridge etc. I cannot connect… It continually spins, and then after several minutes it will say unknown error occurred check and make sure there is a network connection… There is obviously a network connection because I can’t print by air print… Both my phone and the printer are on the same network… I just cannot access my printer from the app on my phone any longer in order to check on the things I mentioned above… When I go to the support side and entering that I am having trouble With the mobile app the only place it takes me to is right back here to the App Store to download the mobile app which I already have which hasn’t been updated in over a year… So if you were thinking of buying this printer now in August 2019 don’t do it

I love this app and printer. The pictures came out better then I expected when I first used it and even now it’s doesn’t disappoint me. But I wish it would allow people to print multiple photos on a page, or allow the user to adjust the size of the photos when making a original/ “design your own” print.
Other then that it’s great, I totally recommend using it

I bought a brand new hp printer and kept it for about six month because every time I would print about 5 pages or 5-6 pictures it would run out of ink. I've had this printer about 6 months... haven't replaced the ink at all and this printer is so easy to use! I can put several photo papers in it, print from my the opposite end of the house or from my back porch without any problems. it has never jammed or pulled more than one piece of paper or photo paper at a time, which was always an issue with our previous printer. The photos look amazing once printed! When this one gets old and no longer works, I'll definitely another one of these! Awesome printer! A+

It's always been a drag printing photos at home. Ink is expensive and changing out regular paper for photo paper and getting it to print reliably is a pain. My solution? The Kodak Verite 55W Mega Eco and this software. I am using the 55W as a dedicated photo printer. Only $55 at Wal-Mart with maximum filled black and CMY ink carts makes home photo printing super easy and cheap! Just flick and print. Beautiful glossy prints with brilliant true to life color. Hint... Buy the 4x6 premium photo paper from Costco. 300 sheets for about $13, including shipping. You can't go wrong.

This is a first generation printer. You really need to learn how to work around some of the features in the printer to customize the greeting cards to your particular design. The manual is not that detailed and the cards are pretty basic. I am looking forward to more templates and more features in the next generation of this printer. I really like that you can address envelopes and that you can use your on own picture to design a greeting card. Still new at using the printer but I like what I see so far.

I cannot for the life of me get this thing to airprint. Started with my phone, which is an iPhone 7. FINALLY got it to work and now it randomly is no longer working and I am unable to connect via any means. I can sometimes print from my laptop, if I'm super lucky and having a good day. It's not just me either, my partner has the same issues trying to get it to print from any source. Guess I should've gotten something more expensive that might actually work, because I've spent more time trying to get this app to work with the printer than it could ever be worth.

Print quality is great. Not too loud and works is excellent as an air printer. I haven’t printed any photos as yet but expect the quality to be as good as all other items I have printed.
Only minor issue is the app for scanning use on Windows is a little slow. I have found if you change destination folder it won’t scan.
You have to close app and reopen where the folder is now available and scans perfectly.

The world has gone to cell phones and tablets. Well this printer is exactly what you need for your wireless needs. We had a desk top and a lap top just to use for our printer. We use our phones and tablets for everything else. So now we cut out all that just with this printer. It’s awesome! Works great and is there and up and ready when we need it!

I bought the Kodak Verite to do printing from my iphone. Followed directions on the app. My iphone does not see the hot spot. After 15 minutes of playing with on/off button and turning my iphone wifi setting on and off, I managed to make a connection and got 1 page printed. Tried to print the same page, and nothing. Do not buy this product. I bought a cheaper wireless printer from another company, it worked fine on the very first try.
