I downloaded their app on my phone and I was immediately having trouble connecting my KoreScale. I tried to go online and look at the community troubleshoots. I didn't find anything really helpful there so I contacted KoreHealth for their support. They gave me more trouble shoots and when the trouble shoots didn't seem to help either they quickly gave a look to it. The support was nice, prompt, accurate and they were willing to look into my problem! Overall 5 stars!

Can’t Track Mileage
I want to say it’s a great watch but I’m not sure I can. The whole reason I got it was to track my mileage when I run so that I don’t have to carry my phone. Unfortunately, that seems to be the only function this fitness watch cannot do.
I ran my usual run around my neighborhood, and it said I ran .2 miles. That doesn’t make sense because, as long as I can remember, running around my neighborhood was AT LEAST a mile! At school I ran what should’ve been almost 3 miles, and the watch recorded it as less than a mile! This has happened so many times, and it is very frustrating that I know I’m running more than what it says, but I can’t know exactly how much I’ve run! Today I decided to use an app on my phone to track my run. It recorded it as 1.09 miles. What did my Kore 2.0 get? 0.2 MILES!
Why is the mileage tracker so incorrect? Now I can’t use the watch for the one function I got it for. All the other things the watch can do work fine, but if you want to track miles, get another, more accurate fitness tracker. And please, developers, PLEASE fix the mile tracking. Mileage tracker doesn’t track from the home button it either says -or 0 , it only tracks from the activity button walk, run, cycle so forth and if it does track from the home button it’s says like 0.1 miles for 16,000 steps so frustrating I need my mileage to work also I’m an open heart patient an avid walker/runner then when you go to the customer support page for help you get an automatic email back saying they can’t find your order even when you screen shot an email them your order confirmation with order number, tracking number, email address an a screen shot of the home button not tracking accurately still no help, so it’s best to just spend a lil more money on something you know gonna work because this is depressing an overwhelming causing aniexty panic attacks for me…

Works ok … but I don’t believe it is accurate
I have used this watch and app for almost a week now. The step tracker is definitely not accurate. It told me I had 2000+ steps when I was just sitting. I don’t know what triggers it to detect steps but the only thing I was moving were my arms,
It does give heart rate and oxygen levels and the sleep detection seems to work, but I don’t know how reliable the info is.
My biggest problem with the app is that when it disconnects from my iPhone and I hit the pair button it just keeps buffering forever until I turn off my phone and restart it. This happens every time. Other than that the app seems to work ok.

Don’t buy anything from KoreHealth!
Ordered Kore2.0 on Sunday. Could not get account confirmation email to use app and support was absolutely useless and no help. Cancelled watch order but it showed up on Friday anyway. Finally had to create a gmail account just so i could confirm my account to use the app and watch. They’re system would not send an email to the account I’ve been using for 20+ years. Dislike the app layout. No email address for support. Only chat and phone and the support staff treats you as if you’re a moron.
On top of all that the wrist strap is so short it probably only fits someone with a very small wrist. So here I sit with a “$100 state of the art” health tracker that I can’t use.
Buy the Amazfit Band 5. More reliable, more user friendly and less expensive.

The Kore 2.0 appealed to me since the price is much less than an AppleWatch or Fitbit. I also liked that it offered Find my phone and Step counting. Set up was easy and I use the watch daily without issues. Today I needed to use the find my phone feature and discovered that while the watch “ pulse’s ” there’s no sound from my iPhone. I fortunately was able to find my phone. I checked to made sure that the watch was connected to Bluetooth and my phone connected to Wi-Fi . I deleted and reinstalled the App and the watch. The same issue. No sound from my phone. I do know that this feature worked but no it doesn’t.

The watch supassed all expectations. This watch is very tough and basic which is what I like about it. Pretty low profile and very light. Extremely comfortable sport band for your wrist. The connect app goes above and beyond as far as tracking all your activities, and the watch does monitor sleep cycles, and tracks all your steps and you can put in how many minutes of hard workouts you want to achieve. All in all it has so far passed all my expectations.

I don't usually review about anything but since I skimmed through a lot of reviews in the research stage on buying fitness watch so I decide to give back writing about it, hopefully it help somebody else.
I have only had KoreTrack for the last few days but I'm loving it! I used it during multiple workout and outside running and the GPS has never failed me. It really accurate. I also love how it fits to me. Light, beautiful, I feel good wearing it 24/7.

I've had this watch now for about 1 month and have had zero problems with it. The charge will last depending on my usage of the product and easily plugs in well to the wall and charges from empty to full very quick. And I am quite sure I'm not using it to the fullest capacity. I am a moderate activity person who hikes and does HIT workouts and sometimes run and I like it for that.

I have had this watch for almost a year. Your notifications and call alert has never worked. I have emailed customer service since the first week and they keep telling me they have no record of me buying the watch. Also they just send you a email on how to fix the problem which does not work. Very poor customer service… would never buy from this company ever again. There was a time the watch would just shut off and would not turn back on unless you hooked it up to your charger, the watch would be fully charged. The only thing this watch is good for is telling time.
