Krogen Finder Hack 2.2.4 + Redeem Codes

Wording improvement when initially logging in.
Better handling of display of boats last seen underway.

- Text entry fields (such as the message when logging) now will start the text capitalized
- The Vessel Tracker Key is now a field you can copy and paste elsewhere
- The lists of Krogens can now be sorted by name, time of their last update, or distance from you.

Properly handle vessels in different time zones in the On The Move list.

Properly handles the case where there are two boats with the same name.

- Displays the location of our Harbor Hosts
- When logging while underway the GPS position of the vessel is used rather than the location of the yellow cross
- Brings back support for displaying information about your blog

- You can swipe down from the list of boats to refresh the list.

- Adds support characters such as & and = in boat names and messages.

- Adds new fields for bot type and contact information. They can be entered from the new "Other Information" page from the menu. The data on that page will be part of any future logs the user makes.

The idea is that these two fields are semi-permanent (they won't be changed frequently) and that the Message associated with a log event can be used for more transient information.

This is an all-new version of the app, hopefully keeping what you know and love and setting the stage for future enhancements.
