This is a really good app for quick score checks and end game stats. Also can take me to tnt quick so it’s easier than searching safari or downloading tnt. Also give faster laker news than any other app.

Terrible UI/UX
Not sure how such a first class organization can put out such a terribly put together mobile app. Everything feels clunky, cramped, and inconsistent throughout the product. Advertisements get in the way of the app functionality and leaves me wanting to not come back.
Lots of potential but it feels like the app is trying to do too much instead of focusing on the features that fans come to the app for. I hope the Lakers get an in-house designer and developer to put create a better mobile experience for fans.

App Icon
This is probably being picky and no one will probably read it and change this but is there anyway you can have an app icon changing feature on here? The “L” with a yellow globe in the middle is pretty boring. Can we have at least the option of having the classic yellow background with “Lakers” in purple as an option? Then I will give it 5 stars Thanks

Love how it updates all of the information especially the score, stats and what our record is, much faster than google I was surprised.

Bingo
Please fix the bingo game. Sometimes when I decide to play but can't open the app at the time the Laker game ends, the bingo game will disappear 30 minutes after the Laker game ended and I lose all my progress. Also make it so it exchanges a square for a player that has just been announced inactive for the game because of injury or other reasons.

App not consistent
Managing tickets via the Account Manager portal can give errors at times. Sometimes it’s better to use the web version of the site.
Videos take forever to load/buffer. When they do load, video looks like it was recorded on a Motorola Razr from 2006. Box scores also don’t update consistently. My app is still showing that it’s halftime and the game ended 4 hours ago.

Quiz and prediction questions during every game with a chance of a prize money and signed Laker gear?! Count me in! I love it. I clicked around the app and found some great perks, like wallpaper for your phone. Exclusive articles and videos. In depth stats.

Pick ‘Em Unreliable.
Pick ‘em constantly does not work after I make my first 5 picks. I’ll open it at the end of Q1 to answer 6-7 and it just goes on an endless loading loop. Don’t understand what the issue is, I’ve updated the app and my phone and nothing changes. Very annoying
