Good game, but there’s a problem
So far I like this game, it’s good and I like that it’s free to play. But there seems to be an isssue with the options to buy hints or skips and to get free hints. I just tried to get a free hint but all of the options are blank and nothing happens when you press them. You can’t see the prices or touch to get a free hint by watching a video. Please fix these.

If it says F2P then it should be F2P!
You give one free skip, set all the puzzles automatically on hard mode and release the game where the puzzles glitch. And you’re forced to use the one free skip without any ability to earn more free by watching adds. This is by definition NOT a Free to Play game then, is it? It’s false advertising and bad business practice. Please fix this.
Also, the puzzle where you have to click and drag on the footprints to move them around the cave and pick up items to help you proceed? There’s a major glitch where you can’t really move the footprints where you want them to go and you definitely can’t pick up the items you need to proceed. So, I’m officially stuck in the game and can’t go any further.

Very Disappointed
This started out to be a challenging and interesting game, but soon turned into a frustration. There are glitches in almost every game so you can’t accomplish the objective. For example: the puzzle piece games—even though you know where the puzzle piece goes, and you follow the directions for placing it in the correct spot, it won’t lock. If you try too many times, the puzzle piece disappears. In another game, I would get close to the objective and it would reset and I’d have to start all over. It took me three or four times as long to do each puzzle as it should have because of these glitches.I do these things to relax! Not to give myself an aneurysm! This is supposed to be fun!

Good but frustrating
I like this game. The puzzles have variety, and the story holds my interest. The jigsaw puzzles are unnecessarily frustrating, though. The pieces won’t lock into place even if you put them in the right place on the board. And you can’t move them out of the way to set a piece in place, because they keep snapping back to their default location, blocking the board. I hope your developers can fix that at some time.

Fun Dynamic Game
I have played a lot of hidden puzzle and escape games and this is one of the better ones. You don’t have to wait for energy levels to return and it’s free. This game has a bunch of unique puzzles to solve and fun storylines.

Good game, some poor puzzle mechanics
Overall it’s a good game and I’m tempted to purchase the bonus and maybe some other full versions from DG, however, multiple puzzles have major mechanic problems and can’t be completed without skipping. Mostly it’s an issue with the jigsaw puzzles. I’m stuck on one now that will not let me add the final three pieces. Too bad, I really was enjoying until these issues.

Problems
This could have been a good game except for the hints/skips. Like all other Big Fish games you get the option of customizing gameplay FOR FREE! Not here... you have to pay. AND THAT DOESN'T EVEN WORK! It just hangs.
Also a few puzzles are ridiculous. The clock tower puzzle makes no sense. You get the sun dial, for that particular time correct, but it changes another time dial. ??? If you watch a walkthrough, it doesn’t do this. Bug in the game? Another one?

Like all Dominigames games full of errors and frustration
Honestly guys, will you ever be capable in programming just one single game without errors, glitches sand huge mistakes? This is unfortunately again another horrible example of huge mistake in the puzzles, in particular at the end. False solutions which make no sense at all end will be unsolvable without cheating/ walkthroughs. Completely disappointing!

Bonus chapter problem.
Not sure why it is called bonus, you have to pay to play. Almost all the way to the end, the hidden objects - the round window does not display some of the scene that is required to find the spire object. I have screen shots to show the problem.

I’m at the part where you have to save the mermaid. I cannot touch any of the areas to collect items. I’ve tried exiting the game and coming back, but I still can’t touch anything to collect items…this is the first problem I’ve encountered and I have played dozens of your games.
