Load of rubbish
This app is a load of crap. You download and then cannot authenticate to log in. I have downloaded, deleted, retried, reset the password multiple times. I really cannot understand how you release this to the public!!!! Totally pathetic!!

Completely useless app
Don’t even bother downloading! This app does not get past the first login.I was able to register but t kept return an error message whenever I tried to login. It is a complete waste of time!

Really Poor App
This is the worst app I've used in many years. Bugs all over the show. Certain fields are null. Results not showing up until you hard refresh. Not able to log in today, nor register another patient. Really disappointing.

Poor app design
I am struggling to even create a password on the app as the design is so pathetic! It does not recognize the id etc! Considering the amount of money that we pay for the tests surely Lancet can fork out some money to have a decent app for its brand!!!

Good idea but no data
I registered and can see a test was done in May but there is no data to say what test or the results. What is the purpose of advertising the app when sending me the statement by email if the app says less than the statement?

Good but only partial information
The app works well and is very useful but only a few of the actual tests conducted are listed.

Lancet has done a very poor job here - given the importance of the results and deadly effects of Covid , we would expect a better user experience.
