like, literally! i bought tickets for harry styles at the forum last year, and i had so many questions because i hadn’t been to a concert in a long while. the laneone ambassadors were so extremely nice, they always replied quickly, and even though, i’ll admit, my questions might’ve gotten repetitive or sounded dumb, they always responded with full clarity and respect. i LOVE laneone! i even remember telling the ambassador that i wish that for harry’s future tours, laneone would sell tickets again because my experience with them was just out-of-the-ballpark lovely. and here i am again, with harry’s next tour presale on the horizon, coming back to laneone, thank god!

Terrible terrible terrible
I purchased a $230 ticket from LaneOne and flew out of the state for this concert. I transferred my ticket to my boyfriend due to my phone dying so he can check me in on the mobile app. There is no information on the LaneOne web page which states that if you have transferred your ticket, you will not get the benefits OR the two tickets the artist gave each person at the concert, for his next tour. Now I have no tickets for this upcoming concert due to the negligence LaneOne has towards the people buying their tickets. I am getting punished without these benefits, BECAUSE LaneOne did not specify what would happen if you transfer your ticket to someone else so they can check you in through their phone. No trust for LaneOne at all and I hope whoever is purchasing from here will buy with caution as it did scam me for my money and time. I already bought my plane ticket for the next concert OUT OF THE STATE now to find out I’m not going to the concert because of what LaneOne did with my GRANTED tickets. What a shame.

Great Company So Far
I have to say I hardly ever do reviews but I had to take the time for this company. Its my 1st time downloading the app and purchasing event tixs. It was soooo easy and convenient.... love... love this company! I had a few questions so I used the chat button on the app about the parking peeks and I was thinking I’d hear back from someone in a couple of days or not at all BUT, to my amazement I was talking to someone as if i was texting a friend!!!! I still have now until June 29th for the event but right now this will be the ONLY way I purchase tickets!!! Keep up the AMAZING work!

Best Customer Service Ever!
I first used LaneOne last year and I got the best seats at a great price! Today I was checking into purchasing more tickets and made a mistake and charged my card. I texted the ambassador through the app and within seconds, it was refunded! Not only was the ambassador professional but also had a sense of humor, which made me feel more relaxed in a tense situation. I recommend LaneOne to everyone out there. If you want the best concert experience with added perks, look nowhere else!

Exciting!
Purchased VIP Meet & Greet tickets to John Mayer’s Atlanta Show, August 11, 2019. Access into the venue was quick. We were given; wristbands, free phone chargers with cords, two free drink cards, a VIP Lounge with free food, water, and sodas. Never did meet or greet John Mayer. The concert was good. The sound system was a bit unusual. Our seats were up front in the pit on the outer aisle stage left. And John was set up the other stage right. I thought that was odd since he was the star attraction. His performance was top shelf as always. Overall it was a good experience. Still wish I could have met him. Bought a JM shirt for him to autograph. Hopefully another time. ☮️❤️

Bought tickets to the First Leg of the ASTROWORLD Tour and the experience was unbelievable with LaneOne. They gave us Uber credit to use to go to the event!! And a free drink with a portable charger. We even got in general admission before the Astroworld season pass holders!! Unbelievable experience. Highly recommend for any concert and event!! 😁

Appalling customer service
I am an avid music fan and attend multiple concerts each year. I have had wonderful experiences across the board with AXS, Stub Hub and Ticketmaster. LaneOne took horrible advantage of me during this difficult time for everyone. They rescheduled a concert at a time I absolutely can not attend and refused to refund my money. They claimed an email went out offering a refund and there was absolutely no record of it. They couldn’t produce any email sent to me. The worst part was there was zero empathy and compassion. They were down right rude to me. Don’t ever use this service no customer appreciation at all.

Worst company ever! False advertising and very unorganized. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE MEET AND GREETS!!! very rude and obnoxious security and 2 secs to meet JLo for $1000 is just ridiculous. The whole package is misleading and a total waste of money! We didn’t even receive anything that was promised in our package. Staff couldn’t even understand how to answer our question. Whole experience ruined the concert for us and will not be booking with LaneOne again.
