danielfayette,
A must-have in a language learners toolkit
I wish I had this app when I was learning Mandarin. And will definitely be using it as I start learning Korean (and any other language, for that matter).

Finding authentic videos, movies, and shows to practice real Mandarin Chinese with is incredibly difficult. Zero to Hero compiles, transcribes, translates, and even provides pin-yin & Chinese characters so you can learn Mandarin from real native materials.

And you can do this with their many supported languages! It’s incredible - and it’s free.

They are truly revolutionizing language learning and helping many. Even though this has just launched, it is incredibly polished and has earned itself a spot on my “must-have” toolkit for language learning. Highly recommend!
Brady J. Frey,
Deceptive purchasing practice impact a great service
This app uses a deceptive, dark pattern purchasing method. If you choose ‘go pro’ at the top to view pricing, it immediately launches a purchase request. Before you can even read the benefits of pro, it’s trying to quickly surprise you into spending $90. I love Chinese Zero to Hero (the best online learning program), but this is not good practice and should be modified.
Addohm,
Can’t sign up
Not being able to sign up is pretty annoying since that’s the only way to use the app. What’s equally annoying is that the sign up I already use for the courses I’ve already paid for is not accepted.
