LAUNCH Servicing Hack 2.7.5 + Redeem Codes

I’m currently back in school which mean I took out a little loan to help me pay for it.. I love the fact I can set up my payments through this app so easily. It’s very user friends and I need no help setting up my account. Highly recommended!

I have tried to set-up a recurring payment for nth time and still never payments get processed, and then shows my account is past due and automatically deletes the recurring payment.

To prove, I have emails from every time I have set up a recurring payment. I spoke with an associate once and I was confirmed that on their end she did not see a recurring payment and was unsure why that happened.

Secondly, I have a debit card attached for the payment and when I tried to make a one time payment, it failed multiple times but with the same card details I gave it to associate it went thru. Associate also confirmed she sees the transaction declined but couldn’t understand why that was happening.

I am highly frustrated with this service group. I am expediting on my payments to close my account ASAP.

In the first place I never chose them for the service but was transferred as stupid STILT decided to close their business and transfer the loan to random company.

I don’t know if anyone else is having this same issue, but when I set up my account on the launch website, I saved my log in information so that when I went to log in on the app, it would give me the option to use my saved log in info from the website…. But that info never works. It keeps saying that my info is invalid, but on safari that very same info logs me in…. So I haven’t actually been able to use this app in the 3 months I’ve had it.

Really like the intuitive way the app is setup. Makes finding statements and transaction history easy and making payments. Really like that I can go back a ways in history to see older statements, super helpful! One of the better finance apps I have.

There’s so many options - it took me some time to figure out how to just “make a payment” because of the million buttons, none of them say that. That app looks great, it’s just a little confusing...

Was able to register, add my bank account and make a payment in less than 10 minutes. Great app.

Kinda weird that they’d even ask me to write a review. It’s not like anybody really wants to use this app but for what it is, it’s serviceable. Easy to use, easy to make payments. Doesn’t crash. About what you’d expect from any lender demanding your money.

Updated to one star after a snarky response from the developer. Everybody who uses this app knows what the company does, no need to go out of your way to correct a captive user.

This was very easy to use it also verified my Identity before continuing with the process I chose great job 👍🏾

This app is confusing for some people. The payment buttons should be more color striking for quicker movement throughout the app. Everything looks the same and requires more careful reading to distinguish what the user needs to select.
