The app is amazing but suddenly stopped working on iPhone since today

I’ve been using this app for more than a year, and it’s a brilliant app but unfortunately since today it stoped working on my iPhones; however, it works perfectly on my MacBooks and my iPad. But, every time I open it on iPhone, it just shows this message “Total failure” and then opens the App Store, not sure what I can do about it, I hope you can help me. I genuinely appreciate your considerations.

Really happy with this purchase
Been using Oxford Advanced Learners’ Dict for 7+ years but their price, bugs and subscription policy just recently got ridiculous. Longman has wayyyy better ios and macos app that works more smoothly, has more user friendly interface, boasts a greater number of word/collocation/idiom/thesaurus entries and pictures, all for the same price if not better. Should have switched to using Longman much earlier.

The developer who answer the reviews is not the same from support desk
The person who answer the review tells me that whatever I’m Observing as a bug it’s not, actually he or she says it’s a expected behavior.
The support desk tells me that is something it should have been fixed in the update but it wasn’t . I can’t make myself understood if the support desk hardly ever answers nor even check the pictures of video where you can observe the bug and replicate it.
If the developer is going to answer me to my review , I think that the minimum thing he or she could is to make make sure someone have previously answer to me from support desk

Great app, but with some glitch.
The app is great, but there seems to have some glitch for the offline example sentence reading. After I purchased and downloaded the offline example sentence, it always show no internet connection, when my signal is poor. Hope the bug could be fixed in the future release.

First of all I have to say that your dictionary is a very useful and also impressive guide for all the learners of english language, I really appreciate your efforts, you did a great job, but recently I found a typing error in the entry of proper name “Richard Wagner” in your dictionary. unfortunately the name of his famous opera, “Tristan and Isolde” was written: “Tristram and Isolde”. if it is possible in your upcoming updates correct this error.

It is my best dictionary i have ever used in my entire life , since I started learning English, always this app is with me , as it has helped so much with the word definition and lots of different features that they deserved to be used .. 5 stars are less , i would rate it 10 stars

Cannot download the offline sound for the examples
The online sound of the examples are working. However, It takes forever to download the offline sound for the examples( in-app purchase). The reason may be the files are too large (may you zip them) or the server is too far from the user.
May you put the files on Azure, AWS or any cloud provider, so users in America can reach to them.

That is wonderful that I can review my words. But that would be great, If there is a Leitner system, that help me to review some words every day by feedbacks. for example by pressing ✅❌and redisplaying some words next day that I have problem with them.

Great dictionary but developer want more money
First, I appreciate the constant support of this app, especially it’s been out for a long period of time. But all of a sudden, developer told us to pay more to maintain the regular update of the app is unacceptable. So my suggestion is develop a new app and put all the resources on the new one.
Again, I love this app but don’t let me feel like being scammed.
