Since version 1.0, we have been using imperial fluid ounces, thinking they were US customary fluid ounce. The latter will be used by more parents than the former, so we’re migrating non metric volumes to the US Customary fluid ounce.
As much as we hate it, this means that the value bottle volumes recorded in fluid ounces will be modified by this update. Technically, volumes are stored in litres in a journal, then displayed to match the user’s unit of choice. Thus, the 6 fl oz will appear as 5.8 fl oz:

1 US fl oz = 29.5735 ml
