Fixed the tee time scrolling when registering for an event.

We added the ability to sort event results by points and added more distinction between tee time on different days.

We've expanded how and where you can see an event's results. You can now get to them from a League Screen and the My Events screen. Once you're viewing them, you can filter by flights and sort by gross/net scores. We also threw in a few additional changes to improve your experience.

- Adjustments for a 0 score with Chicago and Stableford scoring formats

- The results for events with Chicago or Stableford scoring formats are displayed with the highest score first.

We are now asking for name, GHIN number and handicap after logging in. This information will be used by leagues to determine which flight to put you in and how to calculate your scores. We also threw in a few bug fixes.
