Updated review
Revisited the iPad version today. The previous orientation issue from my initial review is fixed so that’s good! With this said, I can’t recommend trying to play this on iPad because the experience has gotten worse.
Have had to close and reopen the game after every single action. Not due to lag but because actions aren’t registering on the client-side. The game just hangs after every. single. task. Open a chest, game sits on the confirm screen until restart. Complete a research, game still behaves like it needs speed ups applied untiI restart (same for construction). Heal troops, game doesn’t acknowledge until restart. I estimate that, over the last 30 mins, I’ve opened and close the game 40 times.
Otherwise, it’s still an ok game for passing time.

Tired of spending countless hours and money on Rise of Kingdoms without a dime to show for it?? Wouldn’t be nice if you could actually make money while playing?? The main differentiator between this game and ROK (or any other similar kingdom builder/strategy game) is the ability to earn legitimate $$ while playing through either the bundling of resources and selling them for Crypto or land ownership (need to connect crypto wallet to your account). The concept of “Play to Earn” is here and ready for mass adoption!
I’ve been playing this game on PC for the past few weeks and I must say, the team has done a fanstastic job with the iOS version of the game. Gameplay is super smooth and extremely responsive. Not to mention the game itself is AMAZING! Super fun and addictive and very stoked to see how this game develops. Great job nPlus Team!!

Great game except 1 crucial thing
Notifications have completely stopped coming to my phone. I’ve been playing for over 2 years and since the last CVC I havnt received any notifications from the game. Not sure what happened but I’ve tried deleting the app and turning on and off notifications both in game and in settings on the phone. For someone who puts so much time and effort into the game it would at least be nice to see when people are rallying and when I COULD BE ATTACKED. Please fix this bug as it’s a big issue. Thank you and hope to hear back from you Phillip! Or whomever is doing the responses.

Fun until you get banned for no reason
Played similar games but never had an issue with getting banned and no way to log back in. 2 months of daily play, level 20 and nearly 900k troops lost and I’m sure if I somehow am able to get back into my account the higher levels will have wiped out all my resources and troops , it would take weeks to recover and not worth starting again if at any time with no warning it can happen again. Discord has hundreds of player trying to get back into their account. Thankfully I did not get to the pin r of spending any money for this happened. Play at your own risk, would not recommend spending money on it until they update the game and there is a way to verify your account and get back in without having to wait days or weeks like others have experiences

Serious lag issues
I’ve played a few games like this but never had such extreme lag issues. Most every action is delayed somehow. Doesn’t matter if I’m on Wi-Fi or cell towers it lags everywhere. You try to attack something and the games will sit an think for 10-20 seconds. Many times I’ve had to exit the game and restart just to see the action I took. I’m gonna give it some time to see if it fixes because I like the idea of owning land, but what’s the use of people get frustrated and quit the game. You need happy users to make owning land worth it.

Riddled with issues and no explanation or help from the team
I submitted a payment issue over 17 days ago, it took 4 days to get a reply that they are “working on it” but have yet to receive an addition reply/follow up or resolution. Additionally, accounts repeatedly get banned by the dev team with no explanation and it takes weeks for resolution. I had my account banned 2 months ago, I reported it to the team immediately, it took about 1 month for it to be restored. Now it’s banned again right before the CVC event with no explanation and no resolution from the team.
I would not recommend spending any money on this game and if you’re new to the game, don’t be surprised if your account gets banned instantly.

Early NFT crypto game.
This is pretty impressive coming from crypto seeing it work smoothly. The whole game is played on sections of land (NFT) players can own, all the rss & castle skins in game can be minted on ETH network, or Polygon. It has a big player to player market on NFT marketplaces. Takes forever to reach castle 30. Not gonna make you rich but definitely works as a game that actually makes you money

Absolute Scam
This app is an absolute scam. Do not connect your crypto wallet or app. They violate their user agreement and can ban your account without appeal regardless of the status of your funds. They claim you are a bot or using a script and that they do not need to provide evidence or reason to you. Nplus entertainment brought to you by Bernie Madoff. They need to be taken off the App Store to prevent users from being defrauded. There needs to be a probe into this Ponzi scheme. They make ftx look like stealing a candy bar. Absolute shady in practice. Where is anti trust here? Based in Singapore but many international users. Avoid at all costs.

Buggiest game I’ve ever played
Title says it all nice never played a game with so many bugs. Truly, I’ve never okay a beta of a game with so many bugs. This game has some good things going for it, but the inconsistency is just unbearable. It doesn’t work the way it should. The notifications don’t work right. There is consistent lag. On a recurring basis the game is just under payable due to lag and bugs. The game itself is probably 4 stars when it works. It’s decent, but not fantastic. The bugs just make it too frustrating to recommend to anyone unfortunately.

Tried several times to start the game an it always crashes before I can even sign in and register. Huge problems with this game straight out the gate. Couldn’t even play it for 2 seconds. Wait for an update.
Well seems they put out an update and it fixed everything for me. Can now play and login. Only just started 5 mins ago but the game is functional now. I will play the game for a few days and come back to update the review stars. I’ll bump you up a star now for having a playable game finally. :-) if it is any good will bump you up another star or 2.
