Unusable. Cannot event complete account setup
On the step in the account setup where the user is asked to enter a nickname, the dialog box is obscured by the keyboard. There is no way to dismiss the keyboard in order to submit the nickname and move on.
I tried to use the Submit Feedback form to let them know of this issue but the submit button doesn’t work on the feedback form!
There are so many very basic bugs in this app that it is essentially useless. Hard to believe it ever made it to the App Store in the shape it is in.

App does not work
Issue immediately arise when trying to complete registration. The interface doesn’t show a keyboard for you to type in credentials. Can’t even create an account to properly view data collected from the scale

Great compliment for weight loss and medical issues.
The scale and Leaone app have aided a great deal in calculating body numbers such as BMI, V-Fat, and more. Having a visual and explanation of the numbers is awesome. I highly recommend.

No back button
Any time you clock into settings and into a submenu, you have to completely close the app to get back to the main screen again. iPhone 11 iOS13

Just showing weight and BMI
The scale I bought says this should show fat percentage, water weight, and many other things. I cannot figure out how to do this with this APP. Extremely disappointed. Would like someone to tell me how to do this.

App does not work properly!
After using the scale, app is now showing the 12 measurements results anymore (on the dashboard display). Only shows body weight and BMI! What happened?

Can’t use app
There’s no way to return to home after you click into settings or any other part of the app. Have to close out the entire app. Can’t use it at all.

This app is completely useless, such a poor design, which really is irritating because the App and Bluetooth feature is why I purchased this scale.

They botched the entire app
They added some privacy disclaimer that won’t leave the screen. App is completely botched. I deleted and reloaded and still the same. Useless!

Same problem
Every time I open the app and try to browse around, it locks up on me and there’s no back button to get out.
