Was Perfect. Please Update!
It was the perfect app and the perfect band. I got many newer ones but always ended up going back to my Acer Leap+. The reason I liked it so much was because it was easy to read messages and phone call alerts on it. However, recently, this feature suddenly just stopped working. I’ve made sure that notifications for those are on, I’ve restarted the device, even factory-reset it and started all over, but the notification feature for messages and calls still doesn’t work. I’m really sad and disappointed, as this was what I needed the band for the most.
I hope the developers haven’t abandoned the app and update soon to work with iOS 11 + above, maybe that will help.

I have never had an Acer product, and this may be my
Last. Thank goodness I didn't pay for this, it was given as a gift. I wouldn't pay my hard earned money in 2016 if Acer doesn't fix the issues PLAGUING this device. Only gives my text notifications once and a while (60% of the time) NEVER correctly gets my sleep right, and the clasp broke immediately after receiving this and costumer service was not helpful AT ALL.

Nice concept....to many irritations
At first I really liked this band. Now, I'm starting to realize it has a lot of short comings. 1) I turned off the easy awake feature, yet the screen still turns on when ever I shake my wrist. 2) does not track sleep properly. 3) why is it that this thing can't hold more than a day worth of information? I mean it's only 2 am(3rd shifter) and I lost all of my activity from "yesterday" just because I didn't open the app. This is unrealistic tracking. Not sure I'm going to be able to continue using this product.

Love the acre and the app works great
For the price the acer beats out everybody. Doesn't have a heart monitor so it's an entry level tracker. But Wearing the acer had gotten me up and out of the house logging about 17,000 steps a day. If your steps from previous days don't show in the log try closing the app and getting back in. Sometimes they won't show up until I do this a couple of times but eventually they get there.

No saved info?!
I've had this tracker for 24 hours and was very pleased with my purchase until I woke up this morning and had no trace of yesterday's tracked info?! The app has the charts option to view weekly and monthly stats on all the measured metrics and a personal best and daily average section, but apparently all of this is useless... Despite the ~3k steps I took yesterday (an estimate since the app has no trace of this info anymore), now, 8 hours later, my personal best stat is the 31 steps I've taken this morning?!? How is this a fitness tracker if it does not actually let you track your fitness information?!?

I love this band and app but there's always room for improvement. My only two complaints are you can't customize notifications like it says you can and the music controls only work when they want to - but most importantly it doesn't connect with Pandora!! Which is the biggest let down for me.

What's with Acer's "update" outside the App Store?
I received a Leap Active for Christmas (2016) and after about a month it began telling me I needed to update to the "new app version". So I went looking here on the App Store for reviews of the new version before I updated....but it doesn't seem to be here. I'm ALWAYS suspicious of iPhone apps that don't want you to update through the App Store. So what's the deal with this non-app-store "update"?

Please fix the sleep function
When using the sleep function if you go to bed after midnight then accounts that night sleep for the next day please fix. Also the screen is not long enough to see all of the text into sleep mode

Update* now the app doesn't keep track of my history at all!!
Besides not always tracking the sleep like it's supposed to I've also had to uninstall several times just to get it to work properly. Today it said I slept 38 hrs! And my band said I had almost 9k steps but the app said I only did a little over 1k. Please fix this app. I love the arm band but the app really is horrible.

Sleep Record
It doesn't seem to record my sleep consistently. And sometimes I can't see all the data on my phone screen because it's too long for the screen. Other than that I really like it!
