Fixed issue where app won't start if it can't connect to store for in-app purchases. Kids apps should definitely not require network connectivity. I should have caught this sooner.

Game freezes every time
This game freezes almost immediately every single time my daughter and I try to play it. She touches the screen maybe four times and then it no longer works.
