Sound off!
This app would be perfect if there were an option to turn the sound off. It's great to be able to hear the phrases if you want, but not if you want to quietly read and learn how to say it yourself, or if you're somewhere where sound is not appropriate (muting the phone doesn't even turn it off!!)! Please make this an option for the next upgrade?

This app is perfect for beginners of the German language. Not good for making sentences. The sections of whatever you want is great. The play button is where you press to hear the German translation. For the "sprechen" part, you press the turtle . Thus the catchphrase will pronounce it slow. I give this app. Five out of five stars . I recommend this app for linguistics to associates.

Well designed
The layout is clean and user friendly; it's easy to figure out how the app works. There's a tortoise icon by each word or phrase. You can tap it to hear the word spoken slowly. Each word is said twice--a nice touch. Uncomplicated and well suited to brief use when there's a few minutes to spare.

This was a fun and useful way to kill time on the flight over. You can mark your favorite phrases so you can easily jump to what is needed.

It has some errors in the words. I downloaded it for review of simple words but it has too many spelling errors to actually be of use.
I didn't listen to the pronunciation of the words since I already knew them so I can't comment on that.
Great idea just fix the errors. I'm still going to delete it though...

This app is perfect for a basic vocab builder. I use it to review basic terms and when my dad helps me learn this language. Can't wait to master them all
