SLRating,
Perfect learning tool!!!!!
Best app ever! Helps you learn on a variety of levels - association, audio, visual. Real native speaker. Thank you thank you thank you! Also let’s you manage your word bank in a variety of ways.
TorahFarmer,
Want more words?
Flashcards Work; and this is by far the best Hebrew flashcards app that I own. I have several others that incorporate words in a different learning order and I wish they all functioned as well as this app! This is great for speaking hebrew, I would say that the words that I've used the most while in Israel were from studying words from this app. I would still encourage taking a Hebrew course yet if you want to add more words to your vocabulary then this app is the way to achieve that.
ChamberBob,
Outstanding!
Excellent variety; offers a variety of ways to organize and store your lessons. Very highly recommended.
LBOcko,
Better than the rest!
As I may be returning to Israel this year, i wanted to learn more than the 3 years of Hebrew School I can remember (which is little if anything). After reading the reviews of all the other Apps, and having had the Lite version of this (Word a Day) i took a gamble (since there were only 2 reviews, neither positive).

That it has more words (ALMOST 2000) and phoenetics is great! I LOVE that I can hear the pronunciation as well as the Hebrew spelling. Better to hear so when i am there and someone tells me something, I don't have to ask them to write it.

I like the word bank. I will stock up on the words I think will be most useful and learn those before I go, the rest I can reference.

Words are in categories (great for looking) as well as searching. I don't worry about speaking like a native when I am there. Besides, I would think if I say "Where Bathroom" will get me what I need just as good as "Where is your bathroom?"! Since I was unable to access the Hebrew Travel website (even though only $5) what I saw did not give me enough of what I need.

So, here's to the company that offers the most comprehensive and useful Hebrew 'dictionary' in the App store.
Pjork-Master,
This is an Excellent App, Highly Recommended.
This application is well done and will definitely help anyone learning Hebrew to improve their vocabulary. The only issues I have are: 1. The application does not restart after going through the flashcards, requiring you to reinstall the program for the iPhone 4 using the current OS and 2. We need an update to not only resolve this problem, but to add more words to the program.

Outside of the annoying need to reinstall the application as per above, which I continue to do and in part a testament to the utility of the application itself, this is a great program that helps improve your word bank. But please, fix this problem.
Birdbrains82,
Needs work
This app needs work to be really great. Excellent ideas but misses the mark on at least half of the translations (yes I know, no translation is really perfect, but some of these are way off base.) It would also be nice to have masculine/feminine versions of all of the adverbs/adjectives/nouns that it's applicable on (even if they couldn't add the voice for it, it would be great just to have the romanization there to see). And my last dying wish is for verb conjugations, what you get here is just the infinitive, which in Hebrew is very little help as to how the word will actually be conjugated. Also for some reason there are 2 of the same word in every category, which is just an annoyance.

Ok but really... not a bad program, but not worth 10 bucks.
Tooner861,
Just getting started.
Just getting started, but so far the only issue I've have is the app asking me to review it. Every time, I login including the very first time the app opened. This app is an otherwise great flashcard style learning tool.
Dr Wonderful,
Useful for beginner
Very easy interface, and I like that the sample sentences are spoken at near-normal pace. The ear training is important.
It would be nice if the written Hebrew included the cursive alphabet, also the ability to print would be nice, but this is a lot of functionality already for just a few bucks, less than the cost of a cheap paperback.
twohandgrip,
Great Learning Tool and Easy to Use.
I have been using for about a month and find the apps interface to be very intuitive, the app fun and easy to use. A great learning tool!
Call me Gideon,
Getting better but still flawed
There's still an issue of misspelled words where the שׁ שׂ are mixed up but the transliteration is correct.

Also, about half the time the dagesh has shifted one consonant to the left of where it should be.
