Best Vocabulary App for Daily Italian Learning
Drops is a great app to round out your vocabulary. Sometimes the pictures can be a bit confusing, but having pictures helps you learn the language in a way that is closer to how you learned when you were a child.
They limit your learning to only 5 minutes a day, however, and that can be annoying, but I understand that they have to offer something in an in-app purchase to be able to maintain the app.
Overall, this is a great way to brush up on your vocabulary and expand your knowledge of a language, but in no way is it a path to fluency.

I love Drops!
Drops is fun because it’s like a game. I like the pictures, and it’s good to use very little English in the learning process. I already am fluent in English. Drops bypasses English, and instead uses the picture with corresponding word in the chosen language. I like the large choice of subjects Drops offers with which to keep learning new words.

Really enjoying the app but it is too expensive for us to purchase for all members of the family. Duo is the only company offering family sharing right now, so they will be taking our money. Hope you can consider bringing in family sharing soon! The app is really nice.

I used to use dou and I found myself dreading learning Italian on that, but when I downloaded drops I found myself wanting to get more time! Thanks drops for having a free learning platform for many 🙏

Good app but…
This is a very good app for learning new languages however 5 minutes is not enough for learning a new language you should at least have 30 mins to learn the language, and in Oder to do that with this app you have to buy it which I do not like other then that this app is wonderful!!

I really like this app. I started using it a while ago but stopped (I forget why). It’s super easy and calm, and fun to use. You can work at your own pace. I just started using it again (from the beginning) so I don’t know everything about it yet. That’s why I gave it a 4/5. It is promising though, and I really like it! 😁 🇮🇹

Engaging all modalities
I returned to drops to help my practice with Italian vocabulary. Hearing the pronunciation so I can practice saying the words as I find or form them in the various games truly helps me assimilate the language! The illustrations help cue my recall while interacting with the games. Very effective!

It’s a good way to learn, however I don’t really like your they put “the” in front of most words, that might just be me personally, cause I honestly would like to learn the word without the word “the” in front on it, but over all the app if such a great way to learn, it’s really easy.
