4 stars for what it has so far
I so far love this app, I think it should continue to expand. More words for sure. If the app stays the way it is right now, I will be mildly happy, but if the developer continues this programs development then for sure it will be a 5 star app. Crossing my fingers that happens!

Needs to be updated to new OS.
I have used this app for a couple years and found it useful. Since the latest iphone OS update it no longer functions properly. It shuts down when asked pronunciation.

Useful for beginners and advanced learners
I found this app very useful, and a good model of how an interesting language app interface should be. Colorful character images are nice. Multiple options of list or flashcard mode are nice. And OF COURSE, like all language apps should, there is a spoken example, and no need for Wifi at all to operate. I have been studying Hindi primarily, and wish there was a Hindi app akin to this one. It was useful to compare Punjabi with Hindi and learn Punjabi itself. Probably the 2nd most useful language to know in India and Pakistan (and New York / North America too!)

Obviously not comprehensive but enough simple words to get the ball rolling...it's be nice to see a more advanced version going forward.

I wish this app had more content. All it is is just flash cards. I want phrases. I want more. Other apps in the store are a better value.
