Lebanese Red Cross Hack 2.4.2 + Redeem Codes

I obviously support everything the Lebanese Red Cross does/stands for, but in this crucial time the process for donating needs to be made easier so more people can successfully donate. The app gets the job done, but it was very buggy and there is no confirmation sent if you make a one time donation. I am in the US and my credit card company flagged my first attempt at donating for fraud, please see if the app can be revamped so that more people can donate easily in this time of need. I donated as much as I could and will continue to donate but please fix the app

Please donate as much as you can! Today, there is a massive explosion in Beirut, which killed 78 people and thousands wounded. Not only the fire is still ongoing, but the explosion leads to more exposure of sodium nitrate (acid) that is extremely toxic to inhale. The people needed our help and please spread awareness on what is going on today. I pray for Lebanon and the people and I hope the catastrophe will end soon. Please help them by donating or anything to help them during their difficult times.

I was able to finally make after a donation after several however i did not get a confirmation. After i submitted there was an error but the charge got taken out of my account. Hopefully it went through correctly. I did not get a receipt. Please fix it!!!!

How can you have such a glitchy app when there is a crisis going on, it took me so long just to donate and these people are in need of support asap. Red Cross is a well known organization, you’d expect them to make sure their servers are working properly, especially in dire times like this.

The people of Lebanon need as much help as they could possibly get during these sad and horrible times. ANY amount of money you can donate with help! Please donate if you’re able to if not spread awareness that red cross is the place to donate and the other places are not trustworthy!

The app is not an ideal method for donations at the moment. It is very time consuming to create an account, even BEFORE you begin to donate, and the effort required to actually donate money might make some potential donors give up before actually donating. A web based donation service would be EXTREMELY helpful for the Beirut situation. I hope the app gets updated/another donation option becomes available, so we can continue to support Lebanon in their time of crisis.

I’m a Chinese (mainlander) who support Hong Kong people and their democratic appeals since last year (actually since umbrella movement), using other country’s AppStore to avoid ccp regime’s censorship.
Some donations and pray for people in Beirut tonight, and may God bless all the people who suffer from COVID-19 and tonight’s blast.

y’all need to fix this app and make it easier to donate. it took me THREE tries to get money through. Like literally fix this ASAP because they are people in Lebanon that need our help NOW.

Sign up says “email or phone already taken” but they’re not. I get a welcome email. Login again, wrong password error. Reset password, app just spins and does nothing. No confirmation. Try logging in again, wrong password or email.

I can’t for the life of me understand why they can’t set up a simple website or PayPal instead of this complicated and buggy app.

I really wanted to donate to a good cause.

Trying to donate but it is saying my email/phone are already in use. I’ve tried different combos and it still won’t let me donate :(
