Left to Eat analyses and draws charts of your weight trends to help you understand what your weight is doing over time, so you can quickly correct trends that are going in the wrong direction.

Left to Eat also calculates your daily calorie surplus or deficit by subtracting the amount you've eaten from the amount you've burned. It does this by reading your Apple Health data for resting energy, active energy, and dietary energy.

Because Left to Eat does the calculations for you, and lets you see your calorie balance at a glance, it’s the perfect companion to Apple’s Activity app, or any other apps you’re using to track your dietary, resting, and active energy.

Works perfectly well for me
The app does all it says it will, despite not having been updated in ages. It’ll show you your caloric deficit or surplus for the day depending on your dietary intake. That’s all.
