Great kiting workout
This app is simple yet somehow just right. Perfect blend of all the kite specific muscles and incorporated hip openers. I did it for a month and saw big returns on the water. I’ll be keeping it in the regular routine.

Good app, use program with caution
Workouts have an emphasis on jumping. I followed a program and developed jumpers knee by the end. Didn’t have any knee issues prior
