I DO LOVE TO COOK… probably, because I love to use kitchen gadgets. Sometimes, I’m the chef, but most of the time, I’m the sous chef to Amy. I’m a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with my own business, Training With Paul, and I partner with Camp Gladiator. We literally grew from ground zero with meal prep; we needed lunches. Now, we just love helping people discover options and love healthy food all around!

I LOVE TO TELL PAUL WHAT TO DO… lol, as he is an excellent sous chef keeping me on task and always one step ahead. By day, I work in cardiology and witness what can happen when you don’t take care of yourself. I was certified in Nutrition, but now I love to help people learn how to eat clean with whole foods.
