Not user friendly, only one interactive course?

I really want this app the work. It would make running on an out of date treadmill bearable. My main issue is that only one interactive course will play even though there are several to choose from. Even though the UI is clunky and not intuitive at all, that could be endured if all the features were accessible. I tried searching online for more information or sending Life Fitness CS an email but when you click on app support in iTunes it takes you to their page for machine maintenance support and there is no option for app support at all. I hope I am completely wrong and that I will figure it out as I continue to play with it but so far it does not look promising.
