Excellent Quality
This app is very well done. I’m impressed with how well this functions. I develop apps and this is smooth and the colors are fantastic. I’d recommend this to anyone playing that would like to put the pen and paper down for a bit and let this take care of the accounting for you. My only recommendation is that there needs to be a way to add and remove planes walkers. Right now it can only keep track of 1. But anyway, no big deal as we still have to manage counters on all the other cards. Do yourself a favor and download this app!

Pretty good but...
I like the simplicity of it and the fact I can change the colors based on deck majority. I also like that there is a dice mechanism that allows you to decide who goes first. There is also a function which allows you to change the life default to 20, 30, or 40. My only real complaint is the fact that you can’t change the number of players, which is the main reason for only 3 stars (if I could I would rate it 3 1/2, but it does not allow me to do so). I normally play with/against 3+ players. There is another app that lets me do this, but I was unable to find it again in the App Store. If you could add the function to allow more players, I would consider this app the best Magic the Gathering Life Counter out there. But for now, I am still looking for another one.
***Side note***
I do realize that this app has every right to have ads on it, but it is quite annoying when you are trying to have a semi-professional match and ads are just casually on the screen. I am not marking my rating down for this, but I felt it worth to make a note of.

Almost perfect
This is a fantastic life counter app. Is use it on my iPad Mini and the size is perfect to use at a table with other players. You can change the background color, add up to four players, and there are other frequently used counters if you swipe up on the life total.
I’d give it five stars if it did the following as well. The option to add a loyalty counter that stayed open until it hit 0 or you close it. If on of the other counters is in use add a small icon with the number by it on the main screen. Flipping back and forth to get to a particular counter is annoying. The ability to type in a life amount. A friend plays a life gain deck and adding 100+ life at a time is cumbersome.

The best but not good enough
This is definitely the cleanest and preferred life coubter of choice. The customizable colors are awesome, and it's simple and intuitive. I really like how I can set the life counter to different numbers by default too. However, this takes a huge toll on your battery, so much so that I resort to pen and paper after one game. Also, you cannot set the number of players. As I play commander, I am usually playing with three or four players. In this instance this app falls short. I also cannot choose to represent only my life. This would be a welcome alternative, as my friends usually have their own way to represent their's anyway. Overall though this is the best there is!

Just one request!
I’ve had this app downloaded to my phone for about a year now. I use it more on my iPad when our other two buddies come over to play magic with me and my husband. The only thing that would be nice to change is if you could rotate 90 degrees each life counter depending on who, is sitting where, at your table. Super helpful for people playing with 3 people cause I constantly have to deal with my LifeTotal being upside down at the table. Maybe just a small Circular button that has a arrow rotateing and pointing in a clockwise rotation that says 90° in the middle. 😊

It does what it needs to do and it does it well.
I'd been using this app for about three months before I decided to support the developer with the whopping $2. That's less than I would spend on a single pack for just about any card game, and I use it across multiple games. I don't even know why I hesitated.
It works very well, and it's so much easier to see and understand during a game than a d20 or tokens. I use it mostly for the two PlayFusion games and it even supports up to four players. Highly recommended.

Best life counter around
This app is a great way to keep track of your life in MTG. I use it for every game I play; I didn’t even hesitate to pay the $2 to support the developer. It’s clean and simply and easy to use.
If I could add one feature, I’d have an option in the menu (the one you get when you push the logo in the middle) to show history of life gains and losses. Like how you could see it if you’re using pen and paper.
But overall it’s a great app! Every magic player should have it.

Just what I needed
This app does everything I need it to do. I like that I can change the color. The built in die is nice to determine who goes first. It's simple to use, as well. I had no trouble justifying the tiny fee to remove ads. It's definitely worth $1.99 to support the developer. I've seen reviews that knock stars due to ads. I don't think that's fair to the developer. Software doesn't write itself.

The Magic of Gatherings
This app is really good for being free. It tells a griping story about the affects that society could have on certain people. Like how in Star Wars: Episode 3 when Anakin Skywalker betrayed the Jedi order and brought the republic down he was influenced by emperor Palpatine much like how you can be influenced by the numbers on the scoreboard to make you think that you are winning but in reality you have gone against everything you were taught by those who truly loved you.

Everything is great except…
The app for keeping track of life total and everything along with that works very well, however the problem is ads. They are either so unoptimized or so predatory that they will heat your phone up like it’s mining Bitcoin. In a 1 hour game my phone went from 100% to 15% with only this app running. If they fix this issue it would be an easy 5 star but sadly this issue is due to either incompetence or malevolence
