A LIFT session allows anyone to connect and train with top fitness professionals online, from anywhere through iPads and Smart TVs. Clients train via live video sessions, and track their workouts & progress towards their goals through the LIFT Session iPad app.

LIFT coaches conduct LIFT sessions. LIFT coaches are top fitness professionals around the world that are either certified by LIFT individually, or are certified from LIFT fitness club partners.

With LIFT session, clients can get amazing and efficient workouts customized for their needs and monitored by professionals, anytime, anywhere.

LIFT session Features:

- With this new feature, both client and trainer will be able to see the client’s heart rate during their LIFT Session, allowing for better understanding of client’s intensity and creative session management by the trainer, for example limiting rest periods with heart beat thresholds
- The client’s Heart Rate Recovery will also be available during a LIFT Session, a crucial indicator of the client’s fitness level
- The heart rate will also be tracked per exercise, which means that both client and trainer will see heart rate increase, decrease, average and maximum on a per exercise basis and during the rest period – this wealth of information provides for detailed progress tracking that is currently exclusive to the LIFT Session app

Unfortunately, devices from Fitbit and Jawbone do not provide real-time heart rate monitoring services to external applications, and as such, are not supported

- Trainers can show any exercise videos at any time – for example for a circuit before the circuit starts

Too many bugs for too long with NO resolution
Tried for 45 minutes with my trainer to get our session started. This is the SAME issue they had THREE years ago which obviously has not been fixed! Not convinced they are willing to fix it. When we got tech support on the phone, he tries to blame the user.......REALLY????
