Great game with lots to do!
My daughter loves this game and is especially fond of how kind everyone is. I appreciate the biblically based content and learning while playing aspect. Gameplay is fairly smooth and definitely less buggy than other similar games. I feel pretty safe letting my daughter play Lightgliders. I regularly check-in with my daughter concerning anything said in the game and how others are behaving, because I’m her parent and that’s my job, but I’m so relieved that we haven’t come across anything even remotely concerning.
I don’t typically write reviews, however after reading Rknason’s review and understanding that their issue was with Apple and not the game, I felt I should negate their poor rating and explain the problem they had was with Apple’s payment system. You are almost always better off signing up for a service directly instead of through Apple or Google or any other middleman service, that way if you have a problem you are directly dealing with the correct people who can address it. I felt Lightgliders was very professional in their response to Rknason and incredibly generous in giving them 3 free months for something that wasn’t even Lightgliders’ responsibility.

My kids love this!
We just started our free trial, and my kids are absolutely loving it! It has different aspects that appeal to each kiddo. My boys love the games. My daughter is my social butterfly and loves that she is able to talk to other kids and wants to participate in all the activities on the calendar! I’ve researched the chat feature and been watching the kids using it, and so far am quite pleased! We have debated trying Minecraft, but this seems to be the perfect alternative option! I love that there is a Biblical focus each week as well as different activities each week to keep things interesting. The conversation ideas and verse help make the game a fun addition to our homeschool! I so appreciate that there aren’t any ads and the thought and efforts put in place to keep our kiddos as safe as possible in this tech filled world! I also had to reach out to the customer service on day one and they responded in a timely manner and were so kind as well as efficient! I love knowing that if I should have questions in the future, I will get the support I need! Thank you!!!

Lightgliders is where it’s at!!
Look around! You’ll not find another gaming platform like this. Lightgliders is planting seeds of faith and kindness in little hearts and lives. It’s platform is a safe, refreshing space to uplift & encourage kids; counteracting the bombardment of negativity in the world (defeating the “blight”). The program provides tools & boosts for your child to be equipped with the Word of God to face life on whatever level they are on; presently & for the rest of their lives. Not only is it ministering to the gamer, but it helps them to know how to share the gospel of Jesus with others. The setting gives them practice in interacting with others inside a controlled, monitored environment. Great safety & security throughout. All of this important life stuff is intertwined through fun, engaging, positive, gaming and exploration of a super cool online world. That’s right! It’s not just a game, but an entire world! I’m personally so very thankful LIGHTGLIDERS came along! You will NOT be disappointed in this spectacular app!

Amazing game that’s more than just a game!
I absolutely love Lightgliders! My son has learned so much about God and the Bible and for that I am forever grateful. We often use the “Glide Book” for our devotion for the day. It’s done in a fun way and you get “coins” for completing it daily. There are tons of mini games within the game that are super entertaining. They have versions of Chess, Uno, pin ball, Frogger, etc (lots of classics) and Bible trivia games and so much more. There are some things you can’t do in the phone app that work much better on a computer. But they seem to be improving things and adding new features a lot. I highly recommend Lightgliders to children from about 5-12.

We think this game is the best!!! For us its been a great support in helping teach about God and social skills.
The academy has given my daughter a chance to interact with other kids and join in the weekly events where she feels a part of a group and enjoys the different fun themes they have like dessert party where she recieved an adorable cake hat and a chocolate glider. This game has helped her confidence outside of the game to want to meet other kids and communicate better.
The games included on the app are also very fun, and there are so many to choose from. To sum it up this game is a keeper!!!! 👍

I like playing Light Gliders
I came across this app and asked my mum could I download it. Even though I just started playing it yesterday, it’s fun…and I like the watching videos.
During Tambika’s Mission I rescued 10 gliddles, found lots of gems and coins, and 10 lilies. When I completed the mission, I was disappointed, because nothing came on the screen, saying that I had completed the mission. I even waited within the mission, then had to leave out of it without receiving any rewards.
I’m going to try to play that same mission again and hopefully I will be able to receive rewards when I finish.
Overall, the game is awesome!

Biblical content?
I just started exploring this game with my 5 year old daughter. While I see the Christian values especially in their community rules I haven’t come across anything that will help my daughter learn the Bible.
As as adult who knows the Biblical story I see the connect from the rescue and restore phrases that are used in the game but when I asked my daughter what the game is about she said “ you shoot robots with lasers and rescue pets that go to live in your treehouse”. I don’t know if any young kid would be able to connect that classical arcade game scenario to God or the Bible. Maybe the biblical content is somewhere else in the game that we haven’t come across yet.

Paid for subscription can’t use game
Unfortunately it won’t run on my MacBook Pro so kids are stuck with iPad. I purchased subscription through Apple. Emailed company on aug 27, letting them know I couldn’t access the game. I was informed it was because my payment window hadn’t essentially been updated through Apple store. Well two weeks later I still can’t get in. My kids were only able to play while we were on seven day free trial. Since we paid, no play for them. Don’t email me Lightgliders and ask me to change my review again. This is third update to this review. I want my money back.

Best Christian game EVER!
Our two children just love playing this game! Players can interact with other kids in a safe community area of the game called The Lightgliders Academy. Each week has an event schedule that encourages participation and allows the opportunity to earn prizes while having fun. Highly recommended to Christian families looking for Christ honoring teachings in a fun learning environment.

Big hit with the kids
My kids have been enjoying the game for a week and love it. I love that I finally found a game I don’t have to worry about the content, or my kids brains wasting away. At least if they are going to play a game they will be getting spiritual learning as well! It’s wonderful to have peace of mind.
