This is a fun little app to add to my collection of camera apps. I tried it out on a few pics from my camera roll and they all turned out decent. It has a nice range of colors that can be adjusted with RGB sliders. It only has one very plain looking hilt, but considering that the hilt is mostly absent (to give the illusion that it's in someone's hand), this isn't too big of a deal. To change the size, use the two finger pinching motion. To change the direction use the two finger twisting motion. All pics can be saved and shared.
Some suggestions:
1) put an edit bar across the bottom so that each tool can be selected one at a time instead of having all the tools on the screen at the same time which covers the entire top half of the picture.
2) when two or more lightsabers are being used, allow the ability to select previous lightsabers for further editing. As it stands right now, once a new lightsaber is added to a photo the previous one cannot be touched.
3) have an option to change the length of the blade so that it can appear partially hidden behind or inside an object in the photo.
4) have an option for removing the hilt, in case a user might want to just use the blade portion.
5) offer different hilts. Not just Star Wars style hilts, but older 'earth' styles such as from old English broad swords, fencing swords, Arabic style sabers. --I apologize for not knowing the proper names of swords.
4 stars for now because it's a fun app that can be improved upon.
