In addition to general bug fixes, we’ve also made the following enhancements:
For test administrators:
- To expand visibility and access to test results, assessment administrators can now view at-a-glance results (number score and color category) from within the completed sessions tab. Previously only accessible via the LInus Portal (requiring a separate login) results also include access to full PDF provider reports to access as needed.
- To make it easier to find a patient, test administrators can now search for patients by patient ID, when available.
For test takers:
- To facilitate a more natural experience, test takers will now hear a higher-quality voice providing vocal instructions (e.g. “draw a clock…” , “repeat the following words…”) throughout the Digital Clock and Recall assessment.
- To improve consistency across languages, pause time during the recall exercise has been standardized to one second between each word.

In addition to general bug fixes, we’ve also made the following enhancements:
For test administrators:
- When login errors happen, we’ve expanded details in our messages to better describe the issue (e.g. internet connectivity, wrong password, etc.)
- To reduce repeat actions, we’ve improved the clickability of our checkboxes throughout the app

- To increase flexibility for users, a single email address can now be associated to more than one organization within the platform. Care team members who work with multiple teams or at different locations can now toggle between organization views as needed.
- To expand visibility into scoring mechanisms, clock drawings that fall outside the normal range now include additional notes detailing areas of concern flagged during the drawing process.
- To make clock subscale details easier to find and access, feature definitions are now available via tooltips (displayed by hovering your mouse over the icon) within the chart.
- A new recommendation is now offered for patients who fail both the DCTclock and Delayed Recall portions of the DCR, which indicates a possible impairment in multiple domains ( including verbal memory, executive function, and/or motor function). The associated recommendation provides a summary of clinical considerations and actionable next steps to help address possible mixed domain cognitive impairment.

For test administrators:
- To make the timing of patient enrollment more flexible, required fields (e.g. handedness) can now be deferred and collected at the time of testing.
- In Session Settings, descriptions of Test Administrator Actions have been added for clarity.
For patients/test takers:
- To avoid patients from accidentally hitting the “done” button while drawing (e.g. with the side of their palm), buttons on drawing screens can now only be pressed with the apple pencil. If the button is pressed with something else, an error message will appear prompting use of the pencil instead.
- Two questions from the Life and Health Questionnaire have been updated and simplified for clarity. Question #18 previously referred to “atrial fibrillation” but now reads “irregular heart rate”. Question 19 previously asked about “enzyme deficiency” and now specifies “vitamin deficiency (D or B12)” instead.
- To improve the flow of word recall sections, timing of word dictation has been sped up to a more natural pace.
1.6.1
2022-12-02
- Ability to restart assessment activities - new functionality gives test administrators the ability to restart individual segments of assessments when needed (e.g., if a patient did not hear or understand the instructions fully).
- Variety of usability enhancements - a range of updates focused on usability include improved sorting capabilities spanning the patient, user, and results views in the app.
