Lionel LionChief Hack 1.4.5 + Redeem Codes

It’s been real solid for me on my LionChief trains and now with the LC+2.0 I picked up. Always connects right away and responds almost as immediately as a conventional controller and maybe better than the battery remote.

That being said like others it would be nice to have access to things on the 2.0 trains that you can with the Command Control system like Crew Talk. Also there is NOT a version that is specific to iPad. Both my kids have iPads and the control screen is small like a phone screen and not very clear. It would be nice if it scaled/fit an iPad screen better natively.

I like that you get features on this appThat you don’t get on the controller, that’s pretty cool. But it sometimes takes a while to hook up. And right when you get the app it should show that you have to turn the controller off to hook up your train because I did not know that it took me a while to figure that out. And that was kind of annoying. And also sometimes it would randomly disconnect and that would also get annoying. But other than that I love this app! and I hope you guys have a great day thank you for reading! Bye bye🐺🐺🐺 oh and one more thing I know I’m asking quite a lot but on the Bluetooth thing can you like hook up your own music if you have like a music app like Pandora or something like that so you could play your own music on the train I think that would be super cool of you guys and I think a lot of people would agree with me but other than that I have nothing else thank you for reading!!

Last year, one engine, all was good. Added a second engine this year. I have successfully connected to each engine once, about 45 min apart. I cannot consistently connect to either engine. When I tap on the select engine screen, it blinks once and does not go to the next screen. On the rare occasion it goes to the next screen, neither engine shows up. I’ve never had both engines show up. All of my attempts to connect are with both controllers off and both engines are making the tone indicating the are looking for blue tooth. Distance is not an issue because I can connect to other devices further away. I’ve even deleted and reloaded the App on my phone. They s is very frustrating!

One major bug is I can’t disconnect my iPhone 7 from the train. When I go into settings it shows that no train is connected when obviously i am connected considering I’m controlling the train. So when I want to go from Bluetooth to controller I have to close the app. Also I wish the app saved your prior settings including volume, speed control, etc.

It shows how little money Lionel wants to spend since the last update was 5 months. Come on guys, it’s almost 2018.

I downloaded the app and had my train running in seconds. The app can, and should, be easily updated to make a clean and concise interface. The images are very low resolutions, which makes for a lackluster interface. You cannot switch from landscape to portrait modes on your own.
Overall the app works well and I have not noticed any issues which would hinder use.

Turn the Lionel Chief Remote off! Turn on the Engine, so it can find the Bluetooth on the iPhone or iPad! Then open the app... It should hook right up with the Lionel App. Love it, because you can control the speed and sound of the engine! Helps me out because of my sons autism! He loves trains a lot, but doesn’t like the loud sounds. With this app I can control it👍🏻

This is best innovation Lionel has had since puffing smoke. Being able to control multiple trains from my phone is a game changer. My 3 year old grandson immediately mastered the controls, and being able to dial down the top speed allows me to make sure the trains stay on the track during tight curves.

I downloaded this app for the first time today, looking to connect it to my Lionel Mikado. I was pleased to find out that the app was easy to learn, and the button layout was wonderful. Also, I had no problems connecting to the locomotive, and it was surprisingly fast to connect. Great job, Lionel!

I had no trouble with the app once so ever! It’s so easy to control, my train is the hogwarts express, y’all are using the app wrong, mine connects automatically, ether y’all don’t have a Bluetooth engine, or there’s something working with the engine or app

Would help if they had some kind of directions. Out of 8 engines it only finds 1. Then the up date says to hold engine button 1,2and3. I don’t have that and where is the power button to turn it off per there update. Again some kind of directions would help maybe enjoy it more. And the voice command has terrible lag. Better stay about 5-10 in front of your train or...
