The very first time I used it it glitched so much it was unusable no way for you to use points, and tonight after a 3 hour delay they cut off the game with 20 minutes left. The app is on useful for streaming and it does a pretty good job at that but everything else is awful.

Horrible
The app is terrible and the support even worse. I was able to see my season tickets through the app for a while when all of the sudden the tickets disappeared and the app seems unable to “find” my season tickets despite multiple attempts on my part logging in and out to see if the tickets could be located. Instead the app insists I have no tickets. I have reported this issue for months now and no response and no fix. Don’t bother getting the app it is useless.

Functional, thorough, and informative
I appreciate this app. It’s one of the better professional team apps out there. I like how you can see the tickets and add them to wallet. The rewards system is a cool aspect and I hope to engage it. Keep up the good work!

Failure
Orlando City requires this app for locals without cable to watch away games that aren’t nationally televised. When contacted, ticket reps brush off any complaints. The computer site has broken links so you can’t watch. You can’t cast the games from the phone without poor connection and the eventual crash at no more than 5 minutes. You think for an app requiring $60 or season tickets to watch away games they would at least pretend to put effort into it.

Worst app I’ve ever had
The app glitches and crashes when it even opens at all. Midway through the 2022 season I deleted the app from my phone because it wouldn’t even load—just a spinning circle. I thought I’d try reinstalling it for the 2023 season and see they haven’t done an update in 7 months and I still just get the spinning circle. There are less frustrating ways to see lineups, news, etc.

Don’t listen to the people who hate it because they are probably fake fans who only support Orlando half way but the true fans don’t care if the app is a bit glitchy

Has not worked for several months
I have an iPhone and have tried to use this app for several months and it still does not work. I have downloaded it, uninstalled it, reinstalled it and every time I sign up to create an account the screen goes white at the end and does nothing.

Redesigned with no iPad Support?
With the way apps can pretty easily be scaled in Swift for a quality experience on multiple devices and their various screen sizes, it’s absolutely inexcusable that this app still requires us to use the iPad zoom feature like it’s 2010. While the new features are nice and most uses cases are on a phone, overlooking this basic design feature is lazy and embarrassing.
