Just ok
The trip data font is too small. It’s a pain having to have an account and when it signs you out and won’t let you sign back in. The decision is made... deleted.

Abandoned and Utterly Broken
This app used to be awesome. Until I recently had to try to reset my password. Reset functionality doesn’t work. Website broken on multiple pages. Can’t create new account because of errors you get when clicking the link in the confirmation email. The support page on the website literally doesn’t accept entry of characters into its Message field. The website copyright is 2012. I had used this app as recently as a few weeks ago, but apparently only because I was grandfathered in with a successfully created account, a thing it is no longer possible to obtain. Very disappointed.

Received “Please Verify Internet connection” on all devices
I used the app with great success for months. Then out of nowhere I get the “please verify Internet connection” I have sent multiple emails and receive no responses. My password and account is still able to get a new password sent to me so I know that is not it. I’ve tried multiple devices with the same issues. I really need the data that is on my account but I can’t seem to access it in anyway. I would stay away from unless a fix for this is given.

Can’t activate / No support
I’ve tried two different email accounts to activate the app. Never get the activation email no matter how many times I have them resend. And their online “contact” form is a joke - it doesn’t have an actual send button. Clever, if you’re trying to NOT interact with your customers. This was actually recommended as the best route mapping app by an NY Times writer. Maybe they get the functional version, who knows?

Unusable, very disappointing.
I downloaded this app to make a project for a class. I created an account and verified my email, but I am now unable to log in to the app, rendering app functions useless. I keep receiving an error message saying to verify my internet connection, which I can confirm is solid, so there must be some major problem with the app. I tried these same steps with another email but no luck. Go ahead and skip this app, don’t waste your time.

Not quite so simple
Well, I'm not much of a techie but the instructions seemed simple enough. I could get the photo and voice records to work but the map function didn't work which defeated the purpose of the app. I carefully read the detailed instructions but they never really provided a quick start summary. After trying it on a short trip and re-reading I gave up and deleted the app. Too bad because it looked like a neat travel tool.

Something is not working
Could not even create an account. The email confirmation link doesn’t work and I cannot sign in. Even the contact help page wasn’t working. I waited a day and still not working. Since I already have an AllTrails account I will just stick with that.

Sign up link didn’t work
I tried signing up, but the sign up link they sent me doesn't work, and the app won't let me sign up. This app appears to be incapable of the most basic software capability. The app won’t work without sign up, and sign up doesn’t work, so I just deleted it

Fantastic way to track walks!
Love this app for tracking our daily dog walks, and even our walks while on vacation in Europe and beyond!
