Amazing and Fun
I absolutely love Lollipop 2 Match 3. I am on level 295 and am still having fun. I have played several match 3 games and always end up eventually uninstalling them. The levels on the other apps get increasingly and unrealistically hard and it becomes more frustrating than fun. With Lollipop 2 it is the perfect mixture of difficulty where you won't become frustrated rather than enjoying a fun game. I've had to play some levels more than once but it stays interesting and keeps you on your toes as far as strategy. You can actually use the coins that you earn for more tries and they never ask you to pay real money. There are endless opportunities to get power ups and on most levels you have the option of watching a short ad to get even more. This app is the epitome of what a Match 3 game should be. For an added bonus their customer service is superb. The only thing I wish is that their was an option to connect to save progress on Facebook, google play, etc. The smooth gameplay and cute graphics make it extra cute. High five to the developers. You are greatly appreciated.

Absolutely love this game
I love this game, I have been looking for a game like this with NO timer or No number of moves…I despise those kind of games…I get these kind of games to relax and enjoy myself not get all frustrated having to keep starting over because I did beat the timer or number of moves…kudos to your team… Must revise my review, my bad how stupid am I that didn’t notice that there were numbered moves…I am enjoying this game so much and it has been going so great that I did not see the numbers counter… I will continue playing as long as it doesn’t get to frustrating and it becomes a problem, then I will delete it…and with be very sad to see it go… My apologies for not seeing the numbers counter and making myself look so stupid…but” if u can’t laugh at yourself then who can you laugh at”

This game is fun/addicting!
I can’t stop playing it!
In most match 3 games you have to use up lives if you don’t win a level, but in this game you can just keep playing and not lose any lives (like for example the hard levels take me several tries to get though, and I can just keep playing it until I win, without having to worry about using/waiting for more lives)!
I showed this game to my mom and she also says that this game is addicting, I recommend playing this game if you like match 3 games.

Constant bugs & horrible customer service

Delete this game if you experience any bugs because customer service will not care, give you the runaround and take days to respond!

Then they ask for dates and proof of purchase(s), which I screenshot and send, and their response is to say , basically, that I did receive what I paid for (which I didn’t) and to shoot me a couple of rainbow balls and a few measly coins as a ‘thank you’ for all of the money I’ve spent in the game. Wow.

Still cheats!
If everyone waited until further into this game to rate it, there would be no 5 star reviews. Sooner or later, everyone will run into the same problems I’ve experienced. I have played this game for years, submitting feedback regularly and each time the developers have ensured me updates have been made to correct the problems. I have been through all available levels multiple times. Just recently deleted the app to make sure I got the latest updates, but still see no changes. Several levels have erroneous symbols on top of each other so you have no clue what you’re trying to match and I’m currently on level 184 (for about the 5th time) and none of the bonuses worked! This wasn’t the first level I was cheated on and the higher you go, the more problems. I’ve given this game so many chances because it could be one of the best games available, but it’s obvious the developers have no desire to REALLY fix everything that’s wrong with it!

What is going on?
The changes you made a few weeks ago with having to watch (3) 30 second ads to earn 5 extra moves is ridiculous. And total time to get those moves adds up to almost 2 minutes because you have to wait about 10 seconds before you can watch the next ad.

Paid for items and didn’t receive them; no solution from customer service
I contacted customer service regarding the premium pass I PAID FOR but didn’t receive the timed rewards at all. There were rewards I paid for and earned while playing for 15 (1 of them) minutes and 30 minutes (2 of them) that never showed up as I kept playing. I never received the rewards at all. I asked for a refund but they say they can’t issue a refund because I bought it through the Apple Store. Okay, fine. I’ll contact Apple. But here’s the thing. I didn’t play the game for a few days but when I opened the app again I got a pop up showing I received 2 rewards for 30 minutes time. Well, guess what? They didn’t show up either!!! So, if you play this game don’t buy anything from them. Because you won’t actugwr everything you paid for. That’s THEFT!!!

Fun but pushy cash rewards
This is a fun game. I would have went to 4 stars if they didn’t constantly try to get you to buy cash rewards by jumping the “buy” screen while you go to hit the “play” button. That forces you to go to Apple Pay and then you have to exit out and it says “failed purchase”. If it happened once or twice here or there it’s fine but it’s every few plays and you get caught because it pops up exactly when you are commiting to the play button. Really cheesy and stupid. If I wanted to buy I would. But I never will now because it’s pushy. If it’s not changed soon I will stop playing. There are plenty of other games.

Since playing this for a few weeks now, and after reading other reviews, I see it’s not on my end the glitches with this game. It freezes, the bees should be making the best plays for the player, not making stupid moves that benefit no one AND the special pieces where they should be wiping out an entire row or column, 8 times out of 10, they don’t!!! You need to fix these bugs people or I will move on as well! Take some pride in what u created!!! Fix these bugs!

My new favorite matching game
I love matching games like this. I have so many of them but this is my new favorite because there are no lives/tickets/tokens/whatever. You’re not constantly waiting for them to refill and having to buy them or gift them or whatever. I’ve played this and only this since I downloaded it because I’ve been able to get! That’s usually why I stop playing other games, I forget I was waiting for my lives/whatever to refill or I get frustrated waiting and give up.
