This Application enables you to solve Division problems step by step, just as you would do it on a sheet of paper. Being able to carry out the Division step by step is the key feature of this application. This process is also called long division.
The application surface area represents a worksheet that’s touch enabled. As you start to do the Division you touch areas on the screen to highlight it and then use the keypad to enter the numbers.
****How the application works****
When you start the application it presents a screen where you choose the type of division you like to practice. You could choose number of digits that you want for divisor as well as the dividend and also set the range for the numbers; also you could choose if you want the application to present numbers that would result in remainder. Once set, the application presents questions that are generated randomly using the above criteria.
As guidance, if the user is a kindergartener and wants to practice basic division facts, you might choose to start with one digit and may set your divisor limit to the same number say 4 to practice dividing by 4 (see the screenshot below). As you start to get more comfortable with your basic one digit division you could start to turn it up a notch by increasing the digits on the second number (dividend) and also introduce the remainder.
If the user is in higher grades and has basic division facts squared away, he or she could start with multiple digits on the second number (divisor) and you will be presented with the worksheet that will allow you to do multiline division (see the screen shot below).

Save your money
I bought this App for my 9 year old. It doesn't teach where a mistake was made or how to correct it. It appears to be easier to do the division on paper. This app needs a revision badly! Don' t waste your money.

Not worthwhile for classroom use
I do not believe this app is worthwhile for classroom use. The main critique I have is that it doesn’t help students correct their errors or tell them where they made a mistake and how to fix it. There is also nothing that this app can provide for the students that they can’t do while practicing long division problems on a sheet of paper. There are room for improvements that make this app not worthwhile for the classroom. While students are filling in their work for the problem, there are no subtraction signs for when they must subtract place values. I think this is an error that needs correcting. Students need to practice adding in the subtraction sign so they know they need to subtract once they have 2 values underneath the dividend and this app should model that for them or have them add in the correct operation sign to use themselves. This app also unexpectedly closed many times and there are advertisements at the bottom which are distracting. I do not think I got my $1.99’s worth from purchasing this app.

This app is an aberration
The plan was for this app to help my daughter practice the 1 to 100 division first before to go for the long division. When setting for 2 digits divisor and 1digit dividend with no reminder, all exercises come with the dividend zero. I tried other settings and it showed all sorts of aberration or crashed. I am very sorry it is unusable.
