Don’t waist your money on these camera
If I can give a 0 to this rating I would. The App never works. Now the only way that it works is if we are inside the house on our own WiFi. Before you could had access from anywhere you were. I can not even log in into my account. Unreal. The worst investment that I ever made.

Terrible app
I have had nothing but trouble since day one trying to use the app with this system. I did have it working for about a week but then it stopped working again. Numerous attempts to reinstall and even creating a new account didn’t fix the problem. I just today tried to reinstall the app and create a new account and it won’t even let me past the first question which is “what country or region are you in”. It doesn’t even give me anything to click on. The cameras seem to work ok. But the access through the phone is terrible. I think the only fix is to get a new system

Loocam
The Loocam system is one of the best system I’ve ever purchased. I’ve tried other system, they don’t have the quality of a Loocam system. I’ve had the system now over six years, had to replace one ☝️ camera out of the eight camera. Would rate a 10, but only go up to 5.

Works Great!!
The app works great when you first open the app it shows you a snapshot of your cameras. But if you press the square in the top corner it’ll show the live preview. I have 16 cameras no problem with live viewing.

Terrible app, needs major update
If I could give negative stars I would. The app is terrible. It takes forever to load and the video is very jerky, paused and slow. Most of the time none of the images load and when they do they show images from days ago until it updates to show current. I’m sorry I ever purchased these cameras, while they may be great the app is terrible and that was the whole reason I wanted cameras with a mobile app for viewing.

Not something I would recommend
Don’t stay connected and sends out notifications when it wants to. Having to login each time I want to look at my cameras.

Do not get!
It would be nice if it even worked on the latest iOS. The home system works great and I wanted to have the ability to watch from my phone but this app it’s so bad you are lucky it even starts on the phone. If I would have know this I would have chosen a different brand. Do your self a favor and look into others.
