First go to your phone settings and go to WiFi setting, then turn on your device, look for the WiFi named “lookface”, tap on it and let it connect. I was really upset because it was not working. The app just would not show the microscope for more than a minute before it froze or just shut off. I FOUND THE SOLUTION! All you have to do it click the wifi icon on the bottom right hand corner in the “look face” app and TURN OFF “cellular data.” Now it works amazingly! Super happy with purchase.

App doesn’t have WiFi permissions so there is no way to connect it to the WiFi or use the device that works with it. Completely useless. Returning blackhead remover and never purchasing from seller again.
