Could be better
I really enjoy this app, but some videos I uploaded to it are turned sideways permanently. Also it would be nice to have a Lock Screen button so I don’t lose the spot in my playlist by accident. :) other than that it’s great. Also it might be my edited videos or my screen recorded and or edited videos. I don’t know but it seems like a issue for me, especially when I want to make playlists with videos that go sides and ones that don’t.

Great App! This Deserves 10 Stars
It’s usually very hard to find a looping app in the Apple store without glitches and without having to download 50 million apps in order to find one that works well enough to not have to also have a separate editor to get a video to output directly which means that you will also be spending a lot of extra time and money for something that was supposed to be simple. I have only used this app once and I haven’t had any issues yet. As long this app stays up to date I would definitely recommend this app as the best in the Apple store. Just keep in mind to make sure that you have enough space on your phone or iPad to decrease having an issue with video applications. That is usually why I have had issues in the past with apps such as these types.

I love the simplicity, and it does the job. I use the paid version, with the playlists.
Under the Videos tab, I am limited to 8 video loops. Why the limitation? I paid for the app hoping I would be able to surpass this limit. Nope. If you want to make more loops, you must delete previous loops, which sort of defeats the purpose for which I downloaded this app in the first place.
Under the Playlist tab, there appears to be a limit of 3 playlists. I tried to start a 4th, but was unable to add any videos from the camera roll despite multiple attempts.
If these are all bugs, I look forward to them being resolved so I can fully put this app to work.
If it is by design, well, boo! Broaden your scope, developers! You have a good concept here, don’t limit it!

Undoubtedly the best looper app I’ve used so far. Other reviews say that there’s a lot of ads, or they have exporting problems, but I’ve exported quite a few vids and they worked just fine. As for ads, yes there are ads, but only after your loop is done playing (for ex. If I choose to loop my video 5 times, the app will loop it 5 times and THEN play the ad) you can also make playlists for more than one video. My only complaint is that the loop/video stops playing when you leave the app. Fortunately i haven’t had to leave the app during the loop. Definitely satisfied.

Read the label
It does exactly what is says it does, it does it well, and it has a couple extra features like reversals if you need them. It works great, the menu is simple and easy to understand. I haven’t found a single thing that would make this app better other than maybe, just maybe implementing an auto feature that would take a frame and then search for the next identical frame, and then end the loop on the frame before that to make it easier to loop videos of loops.

I have been a looper pro member for quite some time now, and I think with the update it is awesome! No need for other things to reverse your videos, you can do it in looper! Another thing I find amazing is that you now can export as GIF now! I have one thing, although I know it wasn’t meant for this I think it would be epic to add, maybe advanced reversing video control?

App got problem again in 4 days
This is frustrating. The first time the app audio didn't work, I couldn't reach support. The email they kept saying that message not delivered. So I had to come here so they can see my message. Only then the problem got solved.
4 days later (yesterday) same problem happened. Sound didn't play again, I emailed the support. Same thing. Message not delivered. No alternative way ro contact support. So here I am again.
Again, the main problem: The app only plays the video part but I did play sound. Hope you see this message and help fix the problem. Thanks.

BLACK SCREEN. APP DOESNT WORK ANYMORE.
looper was one of the best apps i had downloaded, until the most recent update that included changing how the entire layout was. i was excited for the new update, slow-mo and fast-paced playback, as well as reverse. i uploaded a new video to the app, clicked it, and sat on a black screen for 45 seconds before realizing it wasn't a fault in the video, it was the app. i clicked on one of the very many videos i have uploaded to the app and got the same thing. please, fix this app. i'm leaving my rating at three stars until the issue is resolved.

Good app but frustrating
The last time that I tried using this app, I discovered at showtime that it didn’t work without an internet connection. Well that got fixed but now it will randomly display a “rate this app” request while the video is playing. I am playing the video on a projector via the iPad dock connector and there doesn’t seem to be a way to clear this annoying nag overlay.
It doesn’t seem to pop up when I am playing it on the iPad’s screen.
I am writing this review in hopes that it will eliminate this behavior.

This app is absolutely amazing. It isn’t over saturated with ads like many apps these days, and the features offered are very unique. You can customize the amount of loops and the video play. For example, you can make the video play backwards or without sound. I really like this app, I’ve been using it for over a year now and it still hasn’t disappointed me.
